  Un estupendo apartamento

  Apartamento amplio, con toda la vajilla nueva. El personal muy agradable: todos los días la persona de la limpieza nos dejaba un mensajito en la habitación. Lo único malo fue el ruido que hacía la nevera. dispone de lavandería lo cual hace más cómoda la estancia.

  Clean, comfortable and amazing customer service!

  We arrived after 11 hours of driving only to realize we had booked a different Residence Inn 30 minutes away. Karen at the front desk made a call and BOOM our reservation was adjusted and we were on our way to our room. The 2 bedroom suite was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had zero complaints with our stay. Everything was great. The hotel is following all Covid guidelines, and where some hotels are just NOT serving breakfast, they are serving you coffee and breakfast to go! The staff at the desk and breakfast area were equally nice and helpful.

  So clean and COVID safety prepared!

  Whenever we visit Virginia this is our go-to hotel. The staff is super friendly and well mannered. We checked in around 3:00 and the front desk clerk was very helpful, informative about the new COVID safety guidelines and cleaning/sanitizing procedures. We were hesitant to take a trip during this pandemic and staying in hotel, but they put our mind at ease. I did not mind the grab and go breakfast or the change in housekeeping procedures as I felt they were necessary in order to protect not only our family, but everyone. My kids had a great time in the pool and we enjoyed the seating by the fireplace day and night. Our rooms as well as the hotel grounds were very clean. We will be back again!

  Great Stay at Residence Inn

  My family of four had a great time at the Hotel. Very attentive staff and quiet rooms made for a restful stay while visiting Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway. Loved the fact that the kitchen was well equipped and it was not necessary to eat out during the pandemic.

  Nice hotel and staff

  Nice hotel. Right off of Route 64 and not far from 81. Seems fairly new, no signs of wear. Excellent shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were busy on a Friday and Saturday night. Apparently there is good skiing nearby. Mountains are beautiful. They offer hot chocolate kits in the evening and breakfast was good. They heat up breakfast sandwiches for you and have fruit, oatmeal, yogurt and other staples. Pleasantly surprised with a gas fireplace in our room. Plenty of restaurants nearby. There is an Outback Steakhouse right in front of hotel and Plaza Azteca Mexican across the street. Plenty of other options nearby also.
