  Just OK - Gym Needs TLC

  I always a appreciate a gym/workout space at a hotel and this hotels had a lot to be desired with a broken bike and two treadmills with busted fans (super loud noise) and one with a broken TV. The space was smaller than my room. The room was nice enough. It seemed to have been recently updated. If they had a nicer gym with better equipment Id have bumped my review up.

  Insufferable Hospitality

  My experience, in regards to comfort and safety, was awful. The general manager, Megan, offers insufferable hospitality. She allows some guest to harass and threaten other guest, in a street violence manner, in the general spaces such as the breakfast area. I booked this hotel because of an expectation of an enjoyable and safe environment. It was surprising, to say the least, to find that the hotel promotes violence and harassment in their building. Unsafe hotel, I will not recommend if you are a solo traveler concerned about safety.

  Work Visit 5*

  Stayed here from 26th Jan for 11 nights for a work trip and would thoroughly recommend!! Although I had no choice in picking this hotel in the first instance, i will definitely be requesting to come back next time. The hotel staff are super friendly and really made it feel like a home from home. Kwame on reception couldn't have been more helpful it he tried! Sherry was wonderful !!! and Dale the minibus driving was second to none and would take you where-ever you needed (within reason of course) All full of conversation and friendly smiles. complimentary Buffet breakfast was great and lots to chose from, as well as nibbles and wine offered from 6pm Monday - Wednesday nights. Hotel was super clean and beds were made daily! Thank you for a lovely stay all !! hopefully be back soon :)

  Beautiful environment and friendly staff.

  the room was really nice and really well looked after. Dale was my favorite person as he was taking me to work every day. Conversation with him were fun and always wise. He had a lot of stories to tell. Fabulous person

  Ohhh-kay but you can probably do better

  Fine on the surface, or for a few nights, but the cracks start showing the longer you stay (e.g., the dishwasher is falling out of the wall, the bathroom sink doesn't seem to dispense hot water, the cookware is giant and nonstick, etc.). Also, the front desk staff leave something to be desired (as in, friendliness), and the breakfast hours are a little silly (7-9am, and only on the weekends), especially considering it's a bagged breakfast so it's not like it goes bad if you try to get brekky at 9:15. Housekeeping is hit or miss (i.e., we scheduled it and they didn't show up the first time). On the plus side: the room is quiet enough if you don't have loud neighbors, the location is convenient for freeway access and shopping/eating at restaurants, it's nice to have a kitchen, couch and desk/dining table.
