  Weekend Stay

  Very clean hotel, lovely rooms! Kitchenette, pullout bed, separate bed area and large bathroom. This is a pet friendly hotel, we heard a dog barking once during our stay. The room was very functional. The free breakfast was a great perk. There is also a Starbucks and a couple eateries in the parking lot which is very convienent!

  Hair on towels

  Although the service at the front desk was great, and the room appeared clean, I was appalled when I opened up a fresh bath towel and found a long hair (not mine) stretched across it. When I grabbed another, I found another long hair on that towel too!!! Luckily, there was a third towel that was clean, but that shouldnt have happened with even ONE towel. Also, though the mattress was nice, the pillows went flat (even with multiples together) after sleeping on them for a few hours. I did not sleep well. Breakfast on par with most Residence Inns-lots of variety. Sausage and potatoes were good, but the eggs are powdered and I found a hair in mine. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

  Clean, comfortable, highly recommended

  Ive stayed at various Residence Inns in different parts of the country. This particular one provides a great stay for business, vacation or casual travels: clean, comfortable, with a very mice layout in their 2 bedroom suites. Theres an attractive patio plus swimming pool outside. The included hot breakfast was done well; and the waffle dough yielded crispy soft waffles. The only drawback was that its located off a busy freeway entrance; and theres a lot of commute traffic off its main entrance.

  Excellent Residence Inn

  Wonderfully clean property in both the public area and rooms. The rooms themselves are very spacious and accommodating, with an excellent front desk staff who was very helpful and friendly. Parking is a bit thin, arriving late meant I had to park in the back and had to walk all the way around the building since the backdoor is lost. Hopefully they can install an intercom.

  Extended stay during Covid

  Had a major water pipe break under our house. Needed a place while working with homeowners insurance and work to be done - water shut off at house. Check in was easy - staff observed protocols and cleaning. Room was very nice; comfortable and clean. I asked for room away from freeway, slight bit of a hum at night but not a problem. Pool was open (didn't use) but limited time for guests. Gym was open - could have done a better job with providing towels and not sure if it was cleaned after work outs. No breakfast due to Covid - the last 2 weeks of stay they offered a to go mini bag. Had an issue with no coffee maker in room (they took away due to Covid protocols) which doesn't make sense. If guests use plates, utensils, microwave, stove, etc... why not let them use a coffee maker? Assuming it can be cleaned as well as kitchen items. They did offer coffee downstairs (they'd pour it for you) however cumbersome to have to walk downstairs for a cup of coffee when I'd prefer to be able to make it in my room. Staff excellent - I know these are difficult times but they were always kind and efficient. Shout out to Brenda who always seemed to answer the phone when I called about questions and most of the time when I'd check in. Super cheerful and made sure I was able to keep the same room or one next to it since insurance was only authorizing stays one week at a time. Also when the dishwasher stopped working she was quick to place us in the room next door which made it easy to move our belongings. Housekeeping - we opted not to have them clean until every 5 days - they did a very good job. Overall a very good stay - was over a month at hotel.
