    Absolutely Exceptional!!!

    Due to an issue with our reservation my group who traveled to Tulsa for a birthday celebration was relocated to the Residence Inn Tulsa South location. What could have been a frustrating and disappointing situation turned into a girls weekend full of the little things that make a huge difference. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive and helpful! (I do not remember the name of the woman who check us in). Assistant Manager, Kimberly Williams definitely has a gift of hospitality. Not only did she personally address the issue with the tv in our room, she met us at checkout with a birthday card and thank you note!!! Huge THANK YOU to Kimberly Williams for such a thoughtful gesture. Also kudos to Kimberly for building such an awesome team.

    The best Marriott hotel EVER! Exceeded my expectation!!!

    This hotel is a gem tucked away in Tulsa. From the layout of the room to the amenities to the safe atmosphere for kids, and so much more. The renovation being done on the first floor is so subtle and nonintrusive. THE GREATEST ASSEST TO THIS HOTEL IS ITS STAFF!!! I cannot say enough about the Assistant Manager Kim, and front desk clerk Rhonda. They are professional, polite, and positioned to solve any problems you may have. These two ladies go above and beyond to make their guests feel celebrated rather than tolerated (an experience I have had at other Marriott hotels. THANK YOU LADIES!!! Since my first experience late last year I chose to go back a few other times to conduct my virtual meetings/conferences, and also brought family members with me. I am sold on this hidden blessing off of 71st street in Tulsa.

    THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF AND BEST HOTEL STAY!!!

    I have to get on here to brag a bit. My family and I have been staying here for over a month and will be here at least another couple of months because of a flood at our house. Being displaced is hard enough with four kids, but the staff here and the ladies up front have made this stay unbelievably enjoying. They are truly uplifting angels whom I cant wait to come into contact with everyday. Kimberly and Rhonda and Andrea (all the names I can remember right now but they All are great) have been amazing as well! Thank you so much Residence Inn!!! We love yall!

    the young lady that check us in did not know what she was doing it took us like 13 mins to get check in she was not friendly at all she look frustrated she had to use her cell phone to contact her manager she show manager computer that took another 3 mins marriott might want to get her train she don't have a clue of whats going on the saddest part she has no clue of it if she going to be at the front desk i would like another front desk agent to check me in kim rhonda or marlisha im a regular im remaining anonymous but this is not acceptable

    Great place

    The staff here is absolutely wonderful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The rooms are newly remodeled and very well equipped for a stay as long as you need. Great area with plenty of options for food within walking distance of the hotel. Would rate 6 stars if possible.
