  Personal agradable y muy atento

  Estuve 1 semana por negocios y unos de los días el coche se quedó sin batería (me dejé las luces puestas), pero todo el personal del hotel que estaba por allí se volcó conmigo para conseguir arrancar de nuevo el coche, sobretodo PINKIE, que estuvo ayudándome hasta el final a conseguirlo, sin ella me habría llevado más tiempo sin duda. Gracias a este personal, alojarse en el residence Inn hace una apuesta segura.

  Super clean and friendly staff

  Highly recommend!!! Super friendly staff that went above and beyond to welcome my dog and me with open arms! The room and facilities were very clean and very comfortable; our stay could not have been better!

  Unclean disappointment!

  There were numerous issues but for time sake, Ill just highlight the main problems. For starters, we booked two rooms and requested online for one to be handicap accessible due to my handicap mother and elderly grandmother. I received an email stating that the hotel will be able to accommodate this request. I called the hotel around 3pm on the day we were arriving as I had a separate question. Handicap room came up in conversation and the front desk told me there are no more handicap rooms available and they have all been booked. Her words exactly were I wish you would have called to ask. I told her I received an email that this request could be accommodated and she said they dont make those decisions, we do. The room for me, my wife, and 4yr old son was a king room with pullout sofa. I went to get his pullout ready and the mattress had stains all over it. Im not sure if it was bug feces or mold but either way...disgusting!!! I went to front desk (after calling multiple times and no answer) and the gentleman was apologetic but said there were no extra mattresses or roll away beds on property. He asked if I wanted extra sheets or to switch rooms but we wanted to be by my mother and grandmother in case they needed anything due to not being in a handicap room. I appreciate him trying to help with this but was still extremely disappointed with how gross the mattress was. I ended up using the mattress from my mom/grandmothers room and when I opened the sofa, there were crumbs all over that mattress. Double gross!!!! Hand cleaner out for over 14 hours by the elevators during COVID-19 pandemic, the joke that was the breakfast (out of almost everything plus food preparer wasnt wearing a mask), the reasons I mentioned above, and more I havent mentioned are why I would NOT recommend staying here.

  This hotel has top notch service, wonderful breakfast, clean pool and gym, and spacious rooms. Dee (front desk) was very helpful and took care of any and all our needs (even recognizing me as I came and went). April (breakfast attendant) made a great breakfast had service with a smile. This area was impacted by the recent snow storms as well as Covid and is persevering through both. Many local hotels have closed their pool and/or offered a grab and go breakfast. However, this location has found a way to safely offer these amenities despite having to take more time to plan and be creative on alternatives. The rooms are clean and spacious. All of the front desk staff is helpful and friendly. This is my new favorite hotel chain. Thank you Dee and April for making our visit special. We will be back soon!

  Horrible stay at Texarkana residence inn

  My stay was horrible from start to end. I checked in at 245pm and was told only one of my rooms were ready and the other would be ready at 3pm. Ok fine so we went to the room that was supposed to be clean. Its was dirty . The bathroom had soap left in the shower trash in the toilet and hair on the floor. 15mins pass another house keeper comes to fix that bathroom and states the other room hadnt been touch yet and the lady was on break and told me I could clean my own room! Which I did but if it wasnt my daughter birthday I would had walked right out that hotel ! Finally a housekeeper came and help me clean as I have my daughters guest walking into a room that was still half dirty at 4o clock. After we made the best of our stay I tried to talk to the GM amber who was completely rude about everything and her assistant Kim thought it was funny I had to clean. Kim stated the gm told her my rate was already low and it wasnt getting any lower. I cleaned a whole room and still had to pay for it and wasnt offered points or another free night.
