  Very solid choice with a nice location for the area

  This is a newer hotel that is very clean and has a nice layout in the rooms. The lobby area is more stylish than most residence inns Ive been in, and the staff are great and friendly. You can walk to a few nearby restaurant and to a great gym (Powerhouse) that only charges 10 per day if you go during guest hours (before 9 pm). The pool is heated, and its not far from old town. They were great with the Bonvoy program and gave me a great upgrade for my Ambassador status. It was a great stay. I even met with clients in the lobby, and they said they were choosing this hotel next time for their stay.

  Nice Property

  We enjoyed staying here. Very nice property near restaurants, shopping, & easy access to freeways. We were in a room that had been recently remodeled. They did a nice job and the property is clean and well kept. There were a few items in the room and bathroom that needed some attention & were fairly easy maintenance fixes. I was surprised that these were not picked up by housekeeping or engineering. I called the desk and someone showed up quickly and repaired the issues. Nothing big but a nuisance until they were addressed and repaired. I would stay here again and recommend this property.

  WONDERFUL BREAKFAST and WEEKDAY EVENING "SNACKS"!

  Only a few years old, Residence Inn in Temecula/Murrieta has wonderful "suites" with a kitchen, living area, bed area and expansive bathroom shower. But what makes it like home is the delicious full breakfast every morning and wonderful snacks for happy hour weekdays. We had delicious tacos one night and BBQ chicken another. The staff is curious and helpful.

  Short term visit

  I never gave it a thought that extended stay is not a week long vacation but rather for displaced people (such as due to fire). You cannot beat the price considering you get a suite with efficiency kitchen and breakfast included. Our view was the driveway but Im not sure if there is a nicer side. We are Marriott gold members and should have gotten a free upgrade. Our only complaint is the room not being cleaned consistently. One day we were forgotten. One day they didnt get replenished with coffee or shampoo. It was clean but not all staff was friendly when you entered the facility. Nothing wowed us other than the orice.

  A hotel that feels like a motel

  Due to Covid 19, this hotel offers no amenities, not even coffee, yet charges the same high rate pre-covid. Due to covid, the hotel discontinued their free breakfast. It would have been nice if they at least offered coffee and pastries/fruit in the morning, individually wrapped. The hotel is in a good location. The room/suite was nice and clean. Comfortable king size bed but with lumpy pillows. The kitchenette was stocked with plates, bowls, utensils and a pot. A coffee maker was hidden in a bottom cabinet. The hotel did not provide any coffee packets to brew a pot or cup of coffee in the morning. The AC unit is by the bed and would wake me up at night each time it turned on. It is very loud. The hotel gym was closed but the pool was open. The downstairs bathrooms were also closed. This hotel could do much better for it's guests. Covid should not be an excuse for not providing some in room amenities, like coffee, face tissue, bars of soap.
