  Disappointed

  I have been going to this hotel for a number of years and although the staff is still very good, they were overworked. Another thing is they cut out the free popcorn. I don't know if it was to save money or that the staff had too much to do already. And $5 a day parking! Whose brilliant idea was that? Do they think Oldsmar is in some large city? There was plenty of empty spaces and there are free spots on the street.

  Pretty run down, but handling COVID safely

  This is a tough one. I was impressed from check in with how the clerk used and disposed of a glove to handle my CC and ID. But then we hit our room and it was really worn. Everything about the hotel screens, needs updated. Of course, most of the amenities were shut off - which was fine for what we wanted - only a basic place to stay. But everything needed painted, the appliances in the room were really dated, even buttons on the elevator were about worn down. The price was good, but probably wouldnt return unless some work was done.

  Great place like home

  My first time at this property. I called to ask them to block her room on the first floor for me as close to an exit as possible. I was told by Karen that she would block her room but due to coronavirus she could not be sure that room would be sanitized in time. How pleased was saying when the room I requested was exactly the room I wanted thank you so much Karen. All the customer service representatives in this property are awesome. The hotel has received over the years and uplift. The room is so quiet the appointments in the room are awesome I even have a full oven and a four burner stove. The property is super Duper clean and I feel very safe here. It is centrally located close to many shops Publix restaurants near Highways not far from central Tampa I would definitely recommend This hotel for any type of visit in may be off the beaten path a little bit but it is so convenient. The property is so nice and so is everybody who works here I feel very much at home here and feel very valued as a Marriott titanium customer

  Good Location

  Hotel is located in a nice area of Oldsmar. Close to Tampa Bay Downs and the Oldsmar Flea Market. Lots of Restaurants close by. Short drive to Palm Harbor and Clearwater. Hotel is clean both inside and out. Rooms are nice size. Beds are comfortable. Internet works very fast. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
