  Not worth $104.

  I have stayed here once before and it was great. I had to be with my sister at the cancer center, otherwise I would not have been traveling at all. During this virus, businesses should be vigilant with cleaning duties ( and housekeeping has the time since they are operating at only 20% capacity) My biggest complaint was NO hand soap at ALL., none, and the shower has refillable shampoo and conditioners, both EMPTY!! No hand soap in toilet area, sink, kitchen, We dropped a lid on the floor and it rolled under the couch., food, a penny, popcorn kernels and a comb under the couch I had a problem with the key not working but maybe it was just me not doing it right, but 5 times was a bit irritating to have it re-scanned. They were not serving breakfast, but luckily had coffee made in lobby cause my Keurig in the room did not work properly, soooo going down to lobby was only choice at 7 in the morning. When the elevator door opened, cigarette smell was horrible. Right outside the side door someone was smoking and apparently a worker must have been smoking. The plastic molding on floor was being replaced near the elevator and door., but the signs all read this is a non-smoking facility. Guess that only applies to the customers!! To a non-smoker, it was stinky... When we checked-out no one was at the front desk and we did not have time to wait around, so I was not even offered a receipt. I understand everything is confusing right now, but if a business chooses to stay open during this virus, then they need to treat the customers the same and keep their rooms up to par, especially for the $104. price... the lady at the front desk was very nice although she said she had been working a 14 hr. shift and looked exhausted.there was a HUGE basket of laundry to be folded there, like maybe she was also doing housekeeping duties?? If the service and quality is not up to normal standards, just inform the customer upon check-in so the CUSTOMER can make the decision on staying at your establishment or going someplace else.

  Exceptional

  Check in was Great. Here for business went by the front desk with a question a few days later and Megan greeted me with my name and I can honestly say shes awesome and takes time to get to know the guest and plus the room was an A+....

  Nice hotel with motel 6 staff

  Stayed here. Had a racist black dressed in a dirty tee shirt.Stuck his chest out looking at me and saying nothing with a smirk on his face. Had a rude blond female also with a rude attitude. Asked her a question and she cut me off in mid sentence. I requested a room with a full oven and she said there were only 2 rooms that had the full oven and one was being used, which was a lie. I looked at hotel website and realized she had lied to me. Call the front desk from my room and the black guy answered the phone. I asked asked how many rooms in the hotel have the full oven, not just the stove top and microwave. (I was very specific) The black guy replied " All the roomes have the full oven" Another lie from another bad employee.I will NOT return to this hotel again! A nice hotel with a Motel 6 staff.

  What a wonderful hotel!

  We were visiting family in Stillwater and stayed at the Residence Inn for two nights, the room was absolutely beautiful ( we had a suite) separate living room ( with fireplace) full working kitchen ( stove, refrigerator, microwave , dishwasher and all the utensils needed, and the bedroom separated from the living space with a wonderful bed, comfortable bedding and a separate tv. The bathroom is also clean, great towels and the shower was hot and water pressure was perfect! Only complaint was because it was during COVID, the breakfast was cold cereal, a microwaveable sausage biscuit, yogurt. We chose to go out to eat. Great hotel needs better breakfast choices.

  Overall a nice hotel. A few faults.

  We stayed in a Pure suite. It had air filters and special shampoos and soaps. And also special sheets. About 11 oclock at night and our second night is the carbon monoxide alarm went off. There was a fireplace in the room. We had to change rooms to a different room. Also, the breakfast was basically a cold egg sandwich. They had one small microwave to heat it up. There was no coffee, no yogurt, or other options. I know in the Covid era buffets are out. However there couldve been more selections than that one sandwich and coffee and certainly more than one little microwave. There were multiple people waiting. We had to catch a plane so we ended up going to McDonalds. I would stay here again it was modern,the bed was comfortable. Really just those two issues dropped it to a four stars. There was really no acknowledgment of the inconvenience of us having to move rooms at 11 PM and being woken up by the alarm.
