  Very comfortable, excellent staff

  Rainy night, in the midst of a very long drive, traveling with the dog, returned to this very comfortable place. Steps above comparable types in terms of quality, and our second visit in two months reinforced this view. Notably good staff added significantly to our satisfaction...helpful, welcoming, sincere. Went out of their way for us...Liz R upon arrival, Asha upon departure.

  Very clean and very friendly staff

  In a time when it is imperative to feel like your room is clean and in very tense times, it is great to walk into a place and receive what I did. First I met Justin. Just was very friendly and very helpful. My intro to this place was great. Secondly, I walked into my room and it smelled great! How great is that!! As someone who travels extensively for business, this is the best way to start the end of a work day. Thank you RI State College!!

  Visit Mt PSU Students

  Upon arrival my wife and I were wonderfully greeted and given a room upgrade, based on my travel status with Marriott. The bigger room was fantastic since my (2) boys, who are students at PSU, were coming over to catch up and order dinner out. The large kitchen, eating area and living room complete with fireplace was perfect. It saved us from having to go out and deal with the Covid challenges posed on restaurants. The hotel and room were immaculatly clean and the staff (especially Laura Stewart) were super nice, polite courteous and accommodating. The whole experience was great and I will definately be back since we vist a few times a year from the Philadelphis (Bucks County) area. The space and amenities in the rooms make it super easy to travel since most everything you need is there AND clean! Kudos to the staff at this location. See you again!

  Not that great but could be much worse

  The place wasnt up to date, microwave was broken so we had a countertop one, limited trash can space. Bathrooms dated, rooms kinda small. We had a 2 bedroom unit and still a little tight. We were missing a smoke detector. Night time desk person told me the fire pit wasnt working, but in the day it was on. The highlight for us was the kind lady who served breakfast Christine, she made us feel at home and welcome. Over all we would probably be back but would prepare for the lacking of things better.

  Great Experience!

  Friday, I called the hotel to see if I could upgrade to a bigger room- Laura stated she didnt have any avail right now but she would see what she could do. I explained to her that we were coming over because Covid cancelled my daughters 6th birthday and we were just looking for a place to swim. She was so friendly and we talked about our kids and shared a pleasant conversation. Upon arriving at the hotel after rushing around after work to get here as quickly as we could. We arrived and were greeted by Jeremy. I asked him if I could upgrade rooms bc of having 3 kids and he said. You already have the biggest room in the hotel. I was amazed and wondered how much my bill would be(two kids bdays in December and Christmas) and he said, no extra charge. I almost cried bc of the kindness I was receiving. When we arrived, there was already capacity at the pool so we went upstairs to check out our room. The kids opened the door and saw a table with a birthday card and gift bag filled with goodies. My daughter was so amazed and thankful for such a kind gesture. Then they were all over the room:the fireplace, their own rooms and TVs, their own bathrooms. So we figured we would hang out and wait for the pool to open. So we got our swimming gear on and got a call from Jeremy the pool is clear - how thoughtful! We went down and went swimming and Jeremy brought us towels. He was so nice. My experience made me forget about work and the pandemic and just made me feel normal, but normal in a pampered sense. To see my kids and wife enjoying this vacation made me so happy. I will never forget this and always recommend Marriott ! Everyone was so kind: Laura, Jeremy, Mary and Anna. We will always remember Aleighas birthday!
