  Muy confortable

  Desayuno de cortesía. Habitaciones amplias con cocina completa. Estacionamiento y wifi sin cargo. Piscina. Barbecoue en aérea de piscina disponible para usar sin cargo por los huéspedes te proveen de los utensilios. Lu a ju a las 18hs happy hour free

  Fantastic

  What a relief to find a clean hotel with friendly staff. We had just left a bed bug ridden hotel at the days inn nearby. We entered our new clean room and we were so impressed by all the accommodations. Fresh cookies, delicious breakfast, polite workers. We will definitely return.

  Scary experience at the Residence Inn

  Our room was nice and spacious. The grounds were littered with trash for most of our stay, but not a big deal. The pool area was very nice and the front desk staff were friendly. However....this property is in a terrible part of town. If you stay here, absolutely DO NOT wonder off the property. We even had trouble in the parking lot. My 17 year-old son was harassed by men hanging out in the parking lot. There was some illicit activities going on in the room adjacent to ours. Definitely drug deals with "guests" coming and going throughout the day and night. This was reported to the front desk. I reached out to the manager on multiple occasions and did not even get a call back. I guess it is something they tolerate. Would never, ever consider staying at this property again.

  Close to Beaches

  My daughter, mom and myself stayed here for 1 week. Being an Essential/ Front line worker I really needed this vacation. We stayed in a 2 double queen. The kitchen is always a plus have a 7 year old. NOW despite the things we are use to example Breakfast in the morning provided by the hotel and your room being clean and fresh towels or sheets it wasn't a big deal Because there is a pandemic going on and you just have to adapt. All staff wore mask.From Monday to Friday there is a brown bag breakfast in the lobby with fruit, provided by the hotel. Also no housekeeping is allowed while rooms are occupied. I just borrowed a vacuum from the front desk, no big deal. Everytime you needed clean towels/ toilet paper you just ask for it at the front desk and they were more than happy to provide them. I had an issue with my debit card being charged with Fraud in my home town. Being on Vacation with no card was stressful ,But the manager was very helpful and my situation was resolved. Overall we missed the little things that we were use to Breakfast in the lobby, housekeeping and events at the hotel BUT Covid 19 is still around and you just have to adapt and Social distant and be safe. The kitchen again was a plus to make your own breakfast.

  Best stay ever!

  In these unsettling times we found this hotel to be an awesome experience! Our safety was first and foremost their top priority. Every staff member wore protective gear and seemed well versed in safety protocols. The grounds were well manicured and our room was spotless and every need was anticipated. We found the pool and grill area relaxing and clean, we observed staff sanitizing the area numerous times. The manager was so helpful, knowledgeable and took great pride in her hotel and their efforts to help keep us safe. We found the grab and go breakfast a great way to start our day! We will most certainly stay at this hotel again!
