  Amazing!!

  We stayed at Residence Inn in Chicopee, MA for our hockey tournament. I have to say that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Firstly, it is in a prime location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We stayed 4 of us (2 adults and our 2 boys (7&11). Our check-in was smooth and they were able to accommodate an early check-in (1 hour before) for us. We were beyond grateful for this. The room was spotless and super clean. It had a comfortable king sized bed, a sitting area with a pull-out couch (where the kids slept), a kitchenette with good sized fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove, pots, pans, bowls, can opener. It literally had everything you could need. I had read previously that the hotel accepts pets and we saw multiple dogs on the premises. I have very bad allergies to animals and requested a "non-pet" room. The front desk told me the pets are generally booked on the first floor so they are able to have easy access to be walked etc. However we were put on the 4th floor (and there was a giant dog in the room next to us. If there were pets in our room, it was cleaned very well and did not have an animal smell at all. I did have some stuffiness/ sneezing

  Great location

  We stayed at this hotel 3 different times while relocating here from out of state. The hotel was prefect for us and the staff made it ideal. With several last minute changes to our reservations due to home closing delays due to weather, the front desk staff were MORE than adaptable. The Mon-Wed meal nights were great service was great and food was unique. A special shout-out to Genesis who really helped us feel welcomed and important. Great location close to shopping, dining, and the interstates (90 and 91). Walking distance to a few great dining options along the highway. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Great home away from home

  Great staff they really made the travel nurses feel welcome and comfortable in our. Home away from home room. The rooms were clean and spacious with a kitchenette, living area, and king beds. We were provided with gift baskets on arrival with a lots of supplies we really needed. Thank you guys so very much.

  Recommended stay in the Springfield area

  We stayed at this Inn for 4 nights recently, for a wedding event in the area. It is centrally located, right off the Mass pike. Lots of shopping and food in the immediate area. Hotel and rooms are clean and convenient. Staff was accommodating, although with Covid-19 practices, we saw far fewer staff than we would normally encounter. They did a good job substituting in-room breakfast for the normal buffet. Only comment ( not really a complaint) is that the AC was a little noisy at night. Rooms were otherwise very quiet from outside noise or inside noise.

  Clean and clearly following COVID protocols

  We stayed for two nights when visiting friends in the area. The hotel is clearly taking COVID seriously with lots of sanitizer, mask rules, plexiglass protecting staff and breakfast delivered to the room versus buffet. Extra attention had been paid to the room as well with sanitizer wipes available and the remote wrapped in plastic The hotel was very convenient to the highway. Would certainly stay again if I was in the area.
