  Room needed better cleaning as I notified the front desk. But the complimentary breakfast was very welcoming every morning with smiles and friendly conversation from the man who worked in the kitchen and his name was Nicholas. He went over and beyond to connect with each client and make sure to let them know his name if they needed anything to feel free to ask.The front desk was very friendly and offered a receipt for my business records when I checked out.

  Felt Like Family

  I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the Residence Inn Spokane Valley, WA. I had the pleasure of staying there for two months as a traveling nurse. They made me feel welcomed every single day. This was my home away from home and I felt like I was part of a family there. I travel alone and celebrated my birthday during my stay, but because of the wonderful hospitality there, I did not feel alone. An example of how amazing this hotel staff is: My next travel nursing brought me to Reno, NV. Initially, I was unable to secure a Residence Inn room here so I had to book a room at a competitor's hotel. The experience with a front staff employee on my first and only night there was horrible. I called the Spokane Marriott Sales Director and she immediately dropped what she was doing to reach out to the Reno Marriott to find me a room. Because she did that, I not only have a newly renovated beautiful room with the professional Marriott staff, Marriott will be getting a loyal customer who will be here for 26 weeks. The competitor's loss of a lot of money is now the Marriott corporation's gain. Thank you Residence Inn Spokane Valley, WA !!!!

  This hotel charges only 25k bonvoy pls per night. No res inn on the bonvoy app will allow you to book a 2br suite with points. However, this hotel is good because, front desk girl was very friendly and helpful. She was doing all the check in and laundry. Clearly overworked. Covid grab and go Breakfast was great with good selection of individual wrapped pastries, juices, cereals, milk and yogurt as well as granola bars. Hidden gem of hotel is it sits right on the centennial trail along the river. You can easily walk the trail or use the trail to the river to fish or watch folks fish. Bad things about hotel - lots of dog owners not picking up droppings. Also smokers all smoke at one particular corner of the property which leads to bike trail around the building and there is a giant ugly pile of butts. Room was fine, clean, and we got the extra towels we needed from the sweet girl at the front desk. She wore her mask. I would stay again. The photo is the river behind hotel.

  Nice enough if not for car thieves..

  Hubby is currently staying here for work. Amenities are good, room is decent but in 7 days there have been 3 nights of car prowls with stealing, vandalism and 1 vehicle theft. This isnt just one car it has involved several vehicles. Car windows have been smashed. Staff have been notified but no sign of security on site. Very sad as this could be a nice place.

  Just okay

  The facility was clean but extremely outdated. The beds were so uncomfortable. The hardest bed Ive ever slept on. Woke up each morning with a sore back from the bed. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful.
