    I was very pleased with my stay at Residence Inn. Everyone was nice and the hotel was clean from the time I walked thru the door all the way to the room. The room was very comfortable and clean. I will be coming back.

    Phenomenal Hotel employees and management

    I picked this hotel for business travel. The front desk employee Veronica and Jessica had excellent communication skills , and their time time management skills , and interpersonal skills was warm and welcoming. The hotel was friendly to all guest( military and civilian personnel) , and has clean rooms. The general manager makes you feel at home. Im so happy I picked this place for my long term stay. The housekeeping staff Alexis has great customer service and does a great Job working daily to ensure efficient service. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants excellent service each and everyday. Amina Bell the general manager is always available, supporting throughout your stay , and has the best customer service in the area. Thank you !

    Hats off to Angie, front desk , exceptional service. Everyone that she assisted she did it with a positive attitude. You could see the smile through her mask! Kathy , breakfast service wonderful, kathy was so gracious too. Great place, great staff

    Worst Experience in 40 years

    As a Marriott Elite for over 5 years, this property is the worst of any hotel chain. Booked and confirmed a 2 Queen Suite, as I have done 5 times before. Checked in on the Bonvoy Mobile app, at 10:30am. Called front desk to request a first floor if possible, was told there were 3 available by Jessica. Arrived to find my room, a King Standard room was on the second floor. Asked them to check my reservation. They checked in 3 groups, while I waited all into 2 Queen Suites. JVonn, told me all rooms are sold out, I could check out if I didnt like the room I was given. I spent two sleepless nights on a couch, with no pillow or blanket, because they wouldnt answer the phone. I asked to speak to a manager, JVONN told me they would be at work on Monday, to take their cards, displayed on the desk. I left 2 phone messages for the General Manager, Amina Bell. One at 8:40 and one at 12:20, without any response. An Assistant Manager, Yashica Finley, returned my call, only to put me on hold, twice, while she assisted others on the phone and front desk dury. She hung up on me when I protested the repeated interruptions, showing their lack of concern or respect for me or the Marriott brand of customer care. Avoid this property, until some heads roll and service is restored.

    Great staff

    The staff was amazing here! They found us a room when 12 other places were sold out. Also the front desk was able to get us a reservation at Jack Binions at the last minute. The room was clean and everything worked great! Thanks again to the staff that helped make our date night a huge success
