  Great property!

  Stayed here last week and got upgraded to a deluxe room with fireplace. Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was also really nice as well. Will be back next time visiting Santa Clarita! Also have to mention very clean. I take extra notice of that.

  Extend Stay, perfect balance

  Im pleased to say I was very much satisfied with my stay at the Residence Inn Santa Clarita / Valencia. John, Tom, Karen were fantastic hosts and hotel team members during my three week stay at this property. This hotel gave me perfect balance, and what I mean by that is they provided everything I needed or asked for with a a smile while also respecting my personal space. That combination of privacy and hospitality is a winning one. All that is before mentioning the location right off the expressway and in very close proximity to anything you would want including food, shopping and grocery. Thanks so much for making me feel welcome :)

  No Maintenance or Cleaning Measures for Pandemic

  Had to clean my own unit for 2 hours before I could put away any clothing, toiletries or food for the stay. The areas we walked through smelled unclean and they were noticeably dirty and un-vacuumed..

  Nice Property

  We stayed here while visiting friends in Valencia. The staff is great and property is pretty well maintained. They were under the same COVID restrictions as other hotels in California (no room cleaning, etc.), so it wasn't something we would fault the hotel for.

  We Like This Place

  Weve stayed here on several occasions in the past and enjoyed it. Most recently was for a night a few days before Thanksgiving and a night the weekend before Christmas. This hotel is located just off HW 5 but is far enough away that you dont hear much noise from the highway. This is location is where the traffic begins to back up as you head into LA during peak times and is a nice place to get off the road. There are a ton of restaurants (for takeout) in the area as well as gas stations and grocery stores which also make it a nice place to layover before heading into Los Angeles. We stayed in room #311 in November which is on the top floor and another room on the top floor in December. The staff here is always polite and we found the rooms on both visits to be very clean and additionally sanitized due to the pandemic. We found everyone wearing masks and social distancing. The old days of the buffet breakfast have gone away of course, but they offer take away bags for breakfast with fruit, granola bars, bagels and more. We enjoy our stays here with only one negative comment and that is with the parking space sizes on the property. They are way too small and not sized appropriately for the cars not to mention the SUVs that are popular today. All else was good.
