  Lo mejor de la ciudad y a muy buen precio

  Esta ubicado en un exelente lugar del centro. Grande y limpisimo. Muy buen desayuno y la amabilidad de todos los empleados hacen una estadia acogedora!! La habitacion con cocina y estar.... lo más!!Bares y restaurentes cerca para ir caminando y todo muy seguro. Vale la pena ir por 110 dolares la noche.

  Surprisingly unimpressive

  We are Marriott members and have stayed in quite a few. We also stayed in a lot of non Marriott hotels in our 10 day Utah trip and this was one of the most expensive but definitely one of the worst. Room 436 Pros: Bed was very comfortable Con: Lighting was drab when there was light but there were barely any lights in the room at all, bulbs out in the room, toilet wasnt working and had to ask for it to be fixed, by far the worst hotel breakfast in 10 days of hotel breakfasts. Pools and hot tubs were closed despite them being open at every other place in Utah (maybe its by mandate but thats not how it was communicated). There was another 1-2 things not working or missing but we just laughed it off

  I would skip this one

  I have stayed at this property 3 times in the last couple of months, each time the experience gets worse. I finally gave up. This last stay I arrived around 7 pm. I booked a single queen suite, and I got a double Queen suite. The room is not friendly to working since the desk was in a corner of the room down a small hall. There was no light switch for the bedroom, (there was a wall plate, but no switch) so I stumbled through the room to get to the night stands to turn on a light. Second bed is just an obstacle. TV was mounted to the wall and could not be turned. Bed was OK, but traffic noise was loud. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. I was looking forward to a nice, hot shower but it never happened. The water got warm at best and after running for a couple of minutes it went cold. Each room has a separate water heater, and this one did not work. These rooms are not typical of a Residence Inn, and there are other locations around SLC that are much better. Grab-to-go breakfast was a yogurt, juice, and a muffin. What a joke. I would have complained, but there was no clerk around when I checked out.

  Remodeled but not quite enough

  They remodeled this hotel, made the hallways beautiful and clean but yet they went on a low budget remodeling. The bathtubs, kitchen, all fixtures, outlets and switches are all still very old. Now, the bad news were that we requested a full kitchen, did not get one because it did not have an oven, the microwave was broken, the garbage disposal also broken. To top it all, one of the only 2 pans they had does NOT take heat!!! It made loud noises until making a big "boom" and deforming itself completely spilling all the food in the floor!!!t That was truly unbelievable! When I asked to move to a room with a full kitchen as we reserved, the person simply said that she would see what could she do, but did absolutely nothing at all. The best part of my vacation was being able to find another place and leave this hotel.

  Turning in the right direction but still...

  The recent reviews make sense but the remodel is done. Stayed in building 2 this time. Super clean hallways. Room was ready on time and clean and fresh. everything worked as expected. Only a few thing kept this from a 5 star- phone is room didnt have a network line, on of the beds did not have a comforter and the toilet backed up on first use. No we didnt need the phone, we had extra blankets with us on our trip anyhow and facilities unplugged the toilet right away. I hope this is signs up an upturn and this place is going the right way but it is too close to turning the wrong way. We will be looking to stay here again to see.....
