  Not Enough Covid Precautions

  We stopped here on our way to Florida. We were traveling with two pets, a cat and a dog, and did appreciate the low fee for them. Unfortunately we did not feel safe from the virus in this hotel. The front desk clerk was coughing and was not wearing her mask correctly. Other guests were walking through the halls without masks. The room itself was a nice size but dirty and smelly. At least we were able to open the window and get some fresh air. Will not be staying here again.

  Sleep in your car

  This was my third stay at this hotel. After this experience, never again. I stay here due to traveling with a pet and the fact it is a suite. When we entered the room, toilet seat was up, so that sparked a bit of concern of cleanliness. With Covid going on cleanliness is more needed than ever. My wife wanted coffee, so I went to get cups from the cabinet. One was dirty, and the other had watered down coffee residue in it. I went to desk and obtained paper cups. Back to room to make coffee, the pot still had the previous guest's grinds in it. Staff was entirely unhelpful resolving issue. The room just did not feel clean. I slept clothed and sitting up on the sofa. I would sleep in my car next time rather than staying here. I am shocked that this is a Marriott property, and they allow this.

  Very disappointed

  I stay in Marriotts all the time but this one is way below Marriott standards. My friend and I stayed here and upon walking in nobody was really friendly or greeted us. When we got into the room the first thing I noticed was it looked very old and just didnt appear clean. Since I travel all the time I brought my own Lysol spray along with Lysol wipes and my own bedding and thank God I did. The carpeting was old and most of the furniture like the TV stand or dresser looked very old and beat up. The mattress was probably the worst Ive ever slept on. It was very old and bumpy and it was probably the original mattress since the place was built. There was some oil or sticky stuff all over the nightstand which of course I had to clean up myself. The whole room is totally outdated and is in dire need of a makeover. Ive added two pictures. I would never stay here again.

  Loud room upgrade.

  Staff was very pleasant. Doing well with COVID protocols. While they did automatically provide us an upgrade due to my bonvoy status, it was facing the highway, extremely loud. Before settling in, we asked to be moved to the other side of the property facing away from the hotel where it turns out there were no available 1 or 2 bedroom suites. Very disappointing. When we picked up our breakfast bags the items were not as requested the evening before.

  Dont waste your time.

  This establishment has NOT been recently renovated. The room while being spacious were very dated and in a state of disrepair and smelled. Kitchen cabinets were dirty and falling apart. Mattress had a sinkhole in the middle. The dish soap provided was VERY watered down. We were in room 101 so we constantly had people stomping up the stairs, and being so close to the highway we were disturbed by the loud semis traveling down the highway.The breakfast provided was a frozen egg sandwich which was so gross we threw it away. I get it is Covid time, but really? The thing was disgusting. Do not waste your time, there are many other options in the area.
