  Fair stay, good value

  Marriott is becoming a good name for me to trust. Couple of things that went awry was that for first 30-45 minutes the internet was extremely unreliable. Also they had the liquid creamers only in the lobby of the hotel and NOT in the rooms. When asked for it, I was told they have nobody to get them across to me and that I would have to go get them myself. Seriously, why are these not available in the rooms?

  Good location. Pleasant Stay.

  Residence Inn Rochester Henrietta is located on Jefferson Road with quick access to Interstate 390. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Lobby and lounge are clean and well-kept. Guest rooms are comfortable and relatively clean. Guest bathroom was relatively clean save for a few errant hairs from previous guests on the floor at the time of my stay. Kitchen was clean and featured a full size refrigerator and freezer, range with four burners and oven, and spacious microwave. Corridor carpets had a bit of dirt and errant particles at the time of my stay. Fitness center is clean, spacious, and equipment is modern. Interior hotel pool appeared clean, but I did not utilize during my stay. Ample, free parking available. Free breakfast buffet available. Breakfast buffet was good quality fare with limited selection. Residence Inn evening mixer fare also was of good quality but with limited selection. Many fast-food, sports bars, and chain restaurants are in close proximity of hotel but not within safe walking distance as Jefferson Road is a busy four lane thoroughfare. Traffic noise is minimal on highest floor of the hotel away from elevators. Overall very good experience. I would consider returning to this hotel when conducting business in Rochester, New York in the future.

  Tight Control over Covid

  Staff was extremely professional in managing Covid risks. Pool was thoroughly iced down. Public areas were spotless. Staff was polite and fully explained protocols. Rooms were spacious and bedrooms comfortable.

  GREAT spot, close to I-90 too

  We really appreciated the commitment to Covid safety. The workout room was small but only 1 person or couple at a time, and was sanitized after each use. The room was great, nice kitchenette, and wonderful bed. Location was easy access to I-90. We will stay here again!

  One of the best hotels since COVID

  Finally a hotel with a full arrangement of breakfast foods and a common sense method to keep the pool and fitness areas open. I applaud the management for taking the necessare precautions to keep the guests safe while still making the conveniences available to travelers. This hotel was very clean and well kept. The lady that manages the breakfast during the week (Celeste sp?) did a fantastic job and is very customer focused. She could teach a class to 90% of the people I run into in the service industry as attitude and first impressions are very important and she gets an A+ in both.
