  Precioso lugar

  Me encanto son pequeños apartamentos con todo lo necesario para cocinar y mucho Mas, jardines muy bonitos y si quieres hacer tu carnita hay parrillas en una área específica para poder disfrutar del exterior, el servicio cuando llegas muy bueno y cuenta con desayuno incluido.

  Muy buena atención, limpio y cómodo!

  Estuvimos una noche hospedados en este hotel, y fue muy placentero, AC en las habitaciones, muy cómodo, con cama king, una sala pequeña de estar, con todos los accesorios para poder trabajar cómodamente. Internet Gratis!

  The staff wants to be helpful and they try! But sometimes it is good to choose a different place.

  I stay at a lot of hotels for business so I have specific things that are necessary for my stay. --Feeling Safe --Internet --Cleanliness --Staff --Food (if available) This property is setup like an apartment complex with parking outside of the ring. If they assign you a room in a building near the center, then you have to walk down uneven sidewalks with your bags and then haul them up exterior stairs. If you are in a room near the outer part of the ring, then you are parking next to your building/door. This is pretty much the same setup as a $25/night motel. I am not a fan of exterior doors. The WiFi at this hotel reminds me of the days of dial up. When I was able to get online, I only remained online for (at max) 15 min. There were times when I only got 5 min online before I had to start the process over again. At 9pm EST, every single night of my stay, the WiFi was not available and stay unavailable until 1030pm EST. When I called down to the desk, they said I can call the internet provider and work out the solution with them. NO OWNERSHIP for this by the hotel. The cleanser used on the wood surfaces was incorrect therefore all the wood surfaces turned to sticky brown goo. The front desk person was kind and tried to clean it, but how do you clean layers of wood that are dissolving in front of you. I used a lot of towels so that I could use the wooden surfaces without ruining my clothing or electronics. The staff was kind and they tried. The breakfast was okay and the dishes were clean in the mornings. I had a problem with the social at night. They offered soft cheese and wine. But here is the catch, you only got a 2 ply napkin to eat your soft cheese that was supposed to be spread on a toasted crumbling baguette piece. When I requested a plate they said they did not have them. This is an untrue statement since this is the exact same area used for breakfast where they have big and small plates as well as bowl, not to mention silverware. When I went to the front desk to inquire about utensils and dishware so that I could properly enjoy soft spreadable cheese on a baguette, I was told they do not have anything to do with the social and cannot help. Interesting how there is NO OWNERSHIP again. Also interesting, I was one of 3 different women in less than 5 minutes who asked for the same things and then told no. It is no wonder the cheese and baguettes were left to be thrown out at the end of the social, since they obviously did not intend to have anyone consume them. I do not usually talk about the outlets in the rooms, but I need to do so. The Plugs in my room were cracked and they sparked when I inserted my plugs. I ended up using a surge protector because I was scared otherwise. The outlet in the bathroom was good, I used it the most since I felt like I could trust it.

  Bugs and old

  I stayed one night at this residence inn and it was on the ground floor. I had 5 people and only three towels in the room regardless I requested more in my reservation. I called front desk asking more towels and was told to go to front desk to pick it up. It was raining and dark, you also need to walk outside in the dark to get to front desk. We decide to share the towel instead. The room was old and my son found a few bugs on the wall and floor. The tile on the entry was slippery due to the rain and my daughter fell and hit the head on the door frame. We could not wait to get out there.

  Staff Tries Hard; Facility is Old and Beat

  Willing and helpful staff and managwr couldn't compensate for beat, dated rooms. We had to switch from acroom with no heat after we had unpacked to a new room that had a refrigerator motor that kept vibrating so loud it hindered sleep. Manager tried to fix by disabling ice maker, but problem persusted. We were comped the 1st night and given a room's worth of points to compensate for the fridge noise. They very nice staff tried hard, but this facility isn't worthy of the Marriott brand.
