  CERCA DE TODO EN WASHINGTON!!!

  Grata bienvenida, personal cordial, buen desayuno, tardes cordiales en el open bar.... Las habitaciones limpias y con buena distribucion. El hotel tiene todo cerca, y el acceso a la I95 para llegar a Washington DC esta muy cerca.

  Just adequate

  This is a business hotel. I have stayed there multiple times. It seems to be getting worse. Probably one of the worst breakfasts around! No juice machine, counter dirty with pancake mix and food all over the place. Just not a good experience. No management visible during the entire stay. Weekend clerk hides out behind the desk or in the office. I stay there only due to Marriott loyalty and convenience to my meetings on the weekend. I think I will make another hotel choice next time and drive a little farther

  GREAT STAY !

  I stayed here for 4 nights. First it was a great pleasure to be welcomed extremely friendly and professional by Sally. After a long travel, waiting at customs and traveling to the hotel, Sally made me feel welcome ! The room was nice and clean. You can see the Housekeeping doing a great job. The room was good, with a kitchenette. The hotel is at the Potomac Mills (Woodbridge) indoor outlet shopping mall, with around 200 stores and restaurants. I noticed that every time I left the hotel or came back, the Frontdesk staff greeted with pleasantries. Another good example of a friendly and professional person at the Frontdesk is Belinda, from who here whole family is or in military service of doing other important work. I definitely coming back to this hotel. I truly hope the management will take a moment for both the always smiling Sally and to Belinda.

  Great Front Desk Staff!

  Stopped here on our way back from Florida. Needed early check in and Katarina was exceptional in terms of customer service! We normally stay at a competitor hotel chain but after experiencing the superior level of customer service we will definitely be repeat customers at this location!

  DONT COME HERE

  Absolute terrible waste of money. Yes, it was prime social distancing time; I knew that service would be limited. But the staff was just non-existent. Every time I tried to schedule a cleaning (Id space the cleanings out every few weeks just to limit contact between me and the hotel staff for both of our sakes), they always forgot. I was begging for them to do their jobs with constant reminders being left directly at the front desk (note that despite being friends with each other, the front desk doesnt communicate guest concerns/requests between shift changes). I waited what I thought was an adequate amount of time; yet theyd forget so many times to do the bare minimum that my room was simply inhabitable. Coupled with the negligent, ignorant, and rude treatment from almost every staff member; I decided to end my stay with them early. Better to find somewhere better to stay than to fight people that dont want to give me good treatment. The first one or two times are understandable; anything further is just sad. The place is deteriorating anyways; expect to meet years-old furniture like broken sofas/pull out beds and scratched up drawers. An absolute disappointment and disgrace to the hotel management sector. Save your money and time and go somewhere worth your while. I understand that Covid has changed a lot of aspects of our lives these past few months. However, if a customer service business like a hotel decides to stay open during this time, they should be able to still provide some sort of satisfactory service. Dont use Covid as an excuse to not do your jobs and produce sub-par service. I dont know, maybe its just this particular staff that made this stay difficult. With better staff hiring and renovations, any of you may have a better stay than me if you opt to stay there.
