  He seleccionado este hotel por dos noches. Habitación muy amplia. Limpia y confortable. Buen parqueadero y un desayuno muy surtido. Lo que más me ha gustado es la ubicación. Lo recomiendo para familias

  Great weekend stay

  We were visiting my daughter and this was close to her school. Located between a Courtyard & Fairfield Inn this was a great stay. Rooms were great, there is an outdoor pool and you can use the indoor pool at the Courtyard across the street. It was a little difficult trying to find the entrance to check in, real doorway but we found it on the north side of building. It was a little noisy because there was a huge basketball tournament going on and several teams were staying there also. Food was standard, waffles, bacon, eggs, etc. The front desk check in was great, people were friendly. Room was comfortable but on the very end of the parking lot was a homeless encampment. Luckily our room did not overlook it. Would stay again if in the area, close to freeway and access to downtown .

  Unsafe Room Conditions - Major Health Concerns

  We were referred to this hotel and checked into this room after finding out that there was no hot water at the sister Marriott Hotel next door. The room was filthy and unsafe for anyone to stay at, especially during COVID is spreading. See attached photos. Im really worried for the guests who stay here during this pandemic. There was so much dust Im the room that previous people had written in it messages. There were mucus and boogers on the wall, and even on the bedding. Food particles left in the freezer and grime build up. Stove was pretty gross with food and unidentifiable things either growing or residing in it. The air vents had either dust build up I hope and not mold. Carpets look like they havent been clean. Found long human hair on the sofa area. So we decided we could not stay here due to health safety issues. We kindly went to the front desk and explained to Mike (if thats his real name) and showed him the pictures. He refused to refund our money even though we just couldnt stay the night there. And was extremely rude to us. We will be contacting corporate and also feel as though the health authorities should be involved. We had to leave and find refuge at another hotel. Best decision we ever made as you cant put a price on health.

  Great 2 night stay while our home didn't have power/internet

  We live about 3 miles from the hotel. But after the recent ice storm in Portland, I redeemed Marriott points for 2 nights at this property. I have 3 children, along with my Wife and so I had questions before booking to confirm that would be allowed. I spoke with Rachel and she was really friendly. She gave me the details, I booked for the following 2 nights. On day of arrival we were able to check in early and was given a nice upgrade for our family to have a bit more space by Rachel who it was lovely to meet. She was really kind to our family and helpful to get us a pack-n-play for our baby to sleep in safely. Speaking of which, they provide this nice liner that goes in the pack-n-play so its sanitary and safe for the kids. I was really impressed with that. Housekeeping was friendly although we didn't have any in-room service during our visit due to all the covid stuff. Boxed breakfast items were nothing fancy but fine and the attendant there at breakfast was really friendly. The Wednesday evening social was certainly modified from pre-covid standards but completely understandable and they allowed us to take some prepackaged snacks and beverages up to our room which for our family actually worked out better. On day of checkout Rachel was there again and gave us a little extra time before required checkout which allowed my wife and I to both get some much needed work done which was a big reason for our stay. This hotel is by no means a 5 star property, but they aren't trying to market as 5 star either. So for what a Residence Inn is, they did a great job at it and therefore the excellent rating above. I'd certainly stay here again if I needed to and would consider it for a business meeting as well once those can happen again.
