  Un excelente lugar cerca de restaurantes y Tiendas...

  Un servicio excelente, muy Silencioso, limpio, ideal para ir de negocios, en pareja o con amigos, la habitacion estilo aparthotel equipada, cuenta el hotel con picina, gimnasio, bastante cerca de varios restaurants y una galeria de Tiendas para comprar, en la via para ir al desierto...

  Great stay

  My wife and I stayed here recently. Very nice stay, clean and quiet rooms. Close to food and shopping. Rooms had nice amenities. Friendly staff and service. Shower had good pressure, AC worked great. They didn't have full breakfast due to Covid 19 restrictions but gave guests breakfast to go bags.

  Great Property!

  My daughter and son in law moved back to the US from London. They arrived tired with 9 pieces of luggage!! When we dropped them off at the hotel, Ravin at the front desk was wonderful! She welcomed them home, explained breakfast/coffee for the morning and put them in a room on the first floor, close to a door (shorter distance to lug all those bags!) The room was perfect-clean and spacious. Thanks for such a great employee and for making their first night back so special!

  Hot. Cold. Hot. Cold.

  The room was nice and big, the bed was pretty comfy, but the heating/ cooling system made for the worst night sleep of our trip. It was noisy, much like hearing an airplane land next door. When it was on, we were freezing. When it was off, we were too hot. Thankfully we had early morning meetings and had no expectation that we would sleep in. Oh, and the bag breakfasts...Im wondering if the purchasing manager ever actually tasted some of those plastic wrapped things. Wow. But other than that, the front desk person was very nice and the parking lot was lovely.

  Absolutely disgusting - trash, bugs, filthy room and hotel

  We showed up late in the evening to check into our room. We went to the 5th floor where the minute we exited the elevator we found multiple bags of trash laying throughout the hallways and food (cookies, chips, etc) all over the ground. It was honestly disgusting. Our room was not properly cleaned (dirty countertops, dirty floor, hair in the shower, etc) and had dead bugs in the light fixtures. The FF&E was extremely worn and had stains all over it, etc. It was once again just simply unacceptable and disgusting. As a Gold Elite member, you would also think that they would have been more thoughtful around my room location but ended up putting us right by the dumpsters which were emptied at 6:30 in the morning. I followed up with the General Manager the next day outlining the issues, provided pictures, etc and much to my surprise, he did not ONCE offer to change our room. He simply kept making excuses as it relates to COVID and the cleaning staff not being back at full capacity. I have traveled on business all through COVID and have not once encountered a Marriott property that was as poorly maintained, cleaned, etc as this one. They are simply trying to cut every corner possible and hoping no one complains too much. This is an embarrassment of a property and operations to Marriott.
