  Ideal para ir a un juego

  El hotel se encuentra a solo unos pasos del estadio de los cardenales y los coyotes, toda la zona es prácticamente nueva y está rodeado de plazas restaurantes, cines y bares, también hay un outlet enfrente, las distancias es phoenix son muy grandes pero el hotel se encuentra relativamente cerca al aeropuerto,digamos a media hora sin tráfico

  Very positive experience!

  First the location was nice and quiet because its not along a freeway. Second the staff is friendly and efficient. Third the guest suites are roomy and clean. Fourth the bed and linens met our expectations. Lastly the complimentary breakfast offerings satisfied our hunger. They even have gluten free upon request. Definitely a very good choice for short and long term guests.

  Very nice very clean but on complaint.

  This property was fairly new. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. The one disappointment was the bathroom where the toilet and shower are Extremely small. Barely enough room to open the door while you are in the bathroom. Residence inn could and should do better. They got everything else right. But, I most likely will not stay there again. That is how uncomfortable the bathroom was. Next time I am in the Phoenix area I will do a better job of selecting my Hotel and make sure I view the rooms on line if possible.

  Good property with some security concerns

  This is a solid property with all the standard amenities one would find at the Residence Inn brand. The rooms are in good condition and clean with well appointed kitchens, adequate parking, and all the staff members I encountered were friendly and customer service oriented. The property appears to be taking a fair amount of COVID-19 precautions (reservations at the pool/gym, masks required in public areas, etc). However, I did notice on several occasions that the housekeeping staff were not always wearing masks while cleaning rooms. I am just finishing up a five night stay here and I can't help but mention that there is some suspicious activity that occurs around the property during the late night hours. I am staying near the rear of the hotel and the parking lot seems to attract a lot of individuals who park, or hang out outside, play loud music in their cars and smoke marijuana. I'm a bit perplexed about this since this is supposedly a safe neighborhood, but unfortunately, I noticed this activity almost every night. I am not sure if these are individuals staying in the hotel or who just come here to park and hang out to detect intervention from the police. I also noticed that the rear door on my side of the building was propped open in the middle of the night on numerous occasions. I am (unfortunately) a night owl so I probably noticed this more than other guests. I also found it interesting that this hotel has a lot of "activity" at night (12:00-4:00AM) on the inside. Doors opening/closing, guests' TVs on, and people coming and going. Again, a little confusing since this is a suburban neighborhood and I'm not sure why there is so much traffic. Fortunately, the AC system in my room drowned out a lot of the noise. I guess I cannot really blame the property for this completely....I did not see one police cruiser in this neighborhood during my whole stay. But I'd guess that the hotel has received complaints and if the police aren't patrolling the area more frequently, I'd suggest that this hotel be a little more proactive in securing its property and its guests. I'd suggest that the property lock all doors (even to guests) during the night hours and allow access only through the lobby. Furthermore, I wouldn't be opposed to a nightly rate slightly higher if the hotel would hire private security to patrol the grounds at night. A $2 per room per night rate increase would more than adequately cover this cost. I don't want to be unfair in my review, especially since nothing specifically happened to me, but I definitely did not feel safe parking my car in the rear of the hotel, and certainly would not feel safe going to and from my vehicle in the rear of the hotel in the middle of the night. All in all, a good stay, but I hope that this review will help bring some awareness to the hotel management of the activities during the night hours.

  Marriott Bonvoy and consumer preferences mean nothing to this Marriott property.

  When I made this reservation as a Bonvoy member I asked for a quieter room higher up extra pillows and towels ... knowing that this is not quaranteed I also called the Front Desk directly shortly after the 4 pm checkin.. I was running late and wanted to speak with someone regarding my room assignment this Marriott does not yet allow you to chose your room . I spoke with a friendly person at the front desk who noted my most urgent request a higher quieter floor and who indicated they would assign a room to me in that category. Due to late flights I arrived at the hotel before midnight and got a ground floor room on a corner of two parking lots where people were and are constantly walking by causing noise it is also right next to an outside entrance door that is used extensively ... hence me being awake at 3 am in the morning ... Marriott must not want my business ... good to know .. now if I can go three days without sleep I can be out of here. Never again Marriott ....by the way didnt get the pillows or towels either...
