  Well Managed; Good Service

  Have stayed here two or three times per year for past 10 years visiting kids/grandkids who live in area. The staff is always pleasant and breakfast not bad. My only complaint is no newspaper past couple of years so I have to get in the car first thing so I can read the paper while eating breakfast.

  Great service and comfortable rooms

  We stayed in the two bedroom suite for three nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Manager Dan and the maintenance crew responded promptly and courteously when we had a mechanical issue with the room. We would definitely stay here again!

  Home away from home

  I stayed here for a business trip for 11 days. Love how friendly the people are and how clean the hotel is. If you stay here you get a free buffet breakfast. Shout out to the breakfast attendants - Mark and Janet - they also have another lady serving but forgot her name. They always keep the hot food full. Love that you have plenty of choices: oatmeal with side toppings cinnamon sugar, walnut and raisins. Different cereals. Assorted cheese, fruits and boiled eggs. Plenty of choices for yogurt. Hot food of scrambled egg and 2 choices of meat - either its chicken or pork sausage and bacon thursday. Then plenty of bread and make your own mini waffle. Then choice of coffee, milk and juices. Bonus that you can have a togo breakfast. They have readily available containers if you want to bring some for breakfast food for snack or lunch. Then they have a weekly Mon-Wed mixer from 6:30-8 pm where they served bar foods and wine, beer, soda for free. Off course they served make your own philly cheese steak. Special thanks to Ant for taking care of the mixer. Since this is Residence Inn, my room comes with a kitchnette. It has a full size fridge, microwave, toaster, 4 set of plates and utensil. Cookware and glass stove top. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is huge. Plenty of bathroom toiletries - full size so don't worry if your forgot your own. Will definitely comeback to stay here. Too bad I only took videos and I cant upload it here. Clean hotel and very friendly staff!

  Enjoyed our one night stay!

  We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite (Thanks so much, Joyce!) which was clean and very spacious! This Residence Inn is laid out in many separate buildings and does not have an elevator for any of the second floor rooms so if that is a concern for you, be sure to request a room on the first floor. Breakfast is in the main building where you check-in. We would definitely stay here again!

  Out dated and not the cleanest

  We just checked in about 30 min ago, and so far I am unimpressed. The 2 bedroom suite is very roomy, but starting to show some wear and tear. The cement steps up to the room are damaged and part of a stair is blocked off with a cone the cabinets in the bathroom are in bad need of refinishing, but I wouldnt expect anything too fancy from a Residence Inn, so if that was my only complaint I wouldnt have bothered with this review. My biggest issue is that there is a sticky substance which was spilt onto the carpets in the dining area by the previous guests that housekeeping didnt clean prior to our checkin. Hotels are boasting their enhanced cleaning procedures given COVID and this seems like an obvious miss which makes me question the rest of the protocol. In fairness, I have not complained to the hotel yet because it is 10:30 pm and I have 3 small children and there is no good resolution for me tonight. All in all, if the exact same room I am in was in good condition, the room would meet or even exceed expectations. Unfortunately, the wear and tear and lack of attention to detail while cleaning makes it less desirable.
