  Stay away from this cold place !

  There is no 24/7 maintenance at this hotel: the heater is blowing the cold air despite setting the target temperature to 76F or above the room temperature stays at 68F and friendly staff is refusing even to look at the room, have given to us another room which had the same problem with the heater. We just had to checkout and leave at 11:30pm I will tell to the Hockey Tournament organizer never assign this hotel to the teams ( I travel with my kid for the hockey tournament ). We had to book another hotel fortunately found Hampton Inn nearby , will tell the Team Manager to stay away from warm Marriott in the future.

  Stay away!!! Disgustingly dirty hotel during covid-19!

  You would think a hotel would step up its cleaning efforts during covid-19. Not the case here. Elevator surfaces are dirty. Chair in the room has white stains. The kitchen cabinet door and glasses are filthy, you can see greasy finger and lip prints on the glasses! The toilet handle had fingerprints on it. There were hairs on the bathroom counter. This place is a disgusting dump!!! I stayed here a few times when it first opened, but have been staying at Home2 (in the same area) the last three trips, but I decided to give this place a try again to accumulate nights for my Bonvoy status. What a mistake that was!! Thank God I travel with Clorox wipes and Lysol, so I cleaned and sprayed the areas I will be touching. Also, no acknowledgement of my status during check in.

  Super clean and comfortable

  Stayed one night during a hockey tournament and had a very pleasant stay. Room was spotless and very clean. Cleaning crew were courteous and considerate. They stopped by a few times to make sure room was clean and that we had everything. Mini kitchenette was a plus. Room had a decent sized refrigerator, microwave oven, stop top, plates and dishes. Perfect setup for breakfast or lunch. Common areas were all very clean. Breakfast was average possibly due to COVID restrictions. Outdoor patio had a grill and bbq area. Water pressure was ok. WiFi was excellent. Hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. King size bed was comfortable; so was pullout couch. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Will definitely stay again!

  Great place, very clean. My wife had surgery and we stayed the night to avoid driving home, then back up for a follow up the next day. They were super to us and special shout out to Joe for getting us a wheel chair super fast as she was still not clear of the anesthetic. Over all great job guys. Thank you. Dave and Mary Ann.

  What a lovely location

  My boyfriend and I were in town celebrating New Year's my best friend is a new resident of PA so we came up to spend time with her my Godson and her Husband they live in Lansdowne,PA we picked this location because I love to cook when we travel! This hotel smells so good I can't say that enough! From the entrance to the elevators on up through the hallways and a bonus even my room! This place has awesome staff! I had the pleasure of being checked in by Tanya and even checked out with her talk about loyalty she loves her job and it shows... Even the gentleman cleaning the lobby had a smile on his face! Housekeepers take pride in the job they do here even in these times to help insure a stranger feels comfortable is beyond the call of a hero! Hospitality doesn't get the credit they deserve and that's why writing this review its the least I can do. I wish I would have gotten more names I apologize but Id like to give my thank yous to the entire staff at this property! I feel the love you all put in day in an out and I'd like to be one of the first to wish you all and your wonderful families a wonderful year 2021 keep up the phenomenal work Marriott this hotel represents you well! I will return
