Buen hotel y personal pero muy mala conexión wifiEl hotel está muy bien cuidado, la cama es súper cómoda y la ubicación también. El personal súper amable y atento, a mí me llegaron varios paquetes y fueron muy amables al avisarme y entregármelos. El desayuno está ok. El único problema que tuve fue la conexion wifi, era súper lenta para ser un hotel que brinda wifi de alta velocidad y además que está cerca de las más reconocidas empresas de tecnología. En mi caso, por ejemplo, no pude trabajar en el hotel. Deberían mejorar ese punto y sería un hotel ideal.

Hotel Bien Ubicado y CómodoNos hospedamos en este hotel por una noche en familia. El servicio en recepción fue muy amable, tienen el detalle de regalar galletas. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, perfectas para una familia grande como nosotros y encontramos muy limpio todo. La alberca y su área son pequeñas pero adecuadas para relajarse un poco. El desayuno buffete que se ofrece regular, pudiera estar mejor y más completo. En general la pasamos muy bien durante nuestra estancia aquí y lo recomendamos ampliamente.

HOW a problem is handled is everything ...So, I stayed in the "new" building. Room was large enough, bathroom fantastic, internet adequate ... and the location top drawer. So, sounds like a dream hotel, right? Not so fast. After a long flight from Hawaii, I wanted to plop down and watch the local news ... TV didn't get ANY of the local channels (cable networks were fine). I called down to have the matter rectified, and was told there was no one on site to deal with the issue. Wait! What? Okayyyyyyy ... shouldn't a room change be offered? This is not an inexpensive property. I was told that it was the "...best (she) could do". That phrase sets me off one hundred percent of the time. No, it's the best you could do without thinking outside of the box ... room change? Walk the guest to another property? Call in your tech? Call a manager for guidance? Sorry if those people are sleeping ... are you more concerned about them or your guests? I didn't want to argue, so I went to sleep and called Marriott in the morning. Told them that I wanted the GM to contact me as soon as possible to address the lack of QC (WHY was the room placed as saleable if everything wasn't working properly?). Marriott assured me that they contacted the hotel, and that the GM would be with me immediately (I checked out at 7:00 AM). By 3:30 PM, I hadn't heard a word, so I called and asked to speak to him ... I got a snotty young lady. Not really sure why she answered when I had asked for the General Manager, but that's what transpired. She made it her mission to make sure that I didn't speak to the GM, so I sourced the OWNERSHIP information (this is a franchise property) and called the company which owns this hotel. I got the District Manager, who (correctly) assured me that he would get to the bottom of the matter immediately. He was good to his word. When the GM FINALLY called me back, he apologized profusely. My takeaway was that he was genuine, and that he realizes that he doesn't have the correct staff to run this property as it should be managed. So to summarize: 1) TV didn't work ... minor, but important. I can get over that. 2) No one to fix it. Annoying, but I can live with that, too IF a workable solution is offered. 3) Bad attitude ... twice. I will not put up with that. Ever. 4) Reached out for help. Ignored. Another HUGE problem for me. 5) Took a call OUTSIDE the hotel to get the matter resolved. CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE PARAMOUNT. Problems should not go off campus. But there was no other option. 6) Manager was helpful and apologetic ... but should have taken that position many hours earlier. 7) Evening "Mix" ... don't ask. I PROBABLY wouldn't return ... at least until they have a handle on customer care.

Current Covid situation seems like just an excuse to not clean rooms and give poor service.I stayed at this Residence Inn 7/24/20 during the Covid. I knew beforehand that breakfast wouldn't be served however I didn't know all services were suspended. No trash removal and not a clean room. When I did need paper towels or something else the front desk was overall quick to provide as long as I when to the front office. However, the ice maker did not work and maintenance didn't fix it either. Upon checking out, I did my usual check to see if I left something behind. Unfortunately upon looking under the bed I did see an empty condom box and a sandal. If this is any indication, when cleanliness is supposedly one of the most important factors in physical interactions, I have my doubts as the cleanliness of my room.

BED BUGS handled badly. Should avoid at all costs.I stayed at the hotel for 2-night as a precaution before my COVID-19 testing result arrive. After staying in the room and on the bed for a few hours, I found at least THREE BED BUGS which I quickly notified the front desk. After moving to different room, I have to spend many hours cleaning all my stuffs and double bags everything to ensure that bed bugs will not travelled back with me to my home (as I saw many online have to spend thousands of dollars getting rid of these nasty bugs). However, the hotel seems to decide that the issue is not serious enough and only gave a discount of only about ~$50. They told me that they would reimburse the dry cleaning but require that I go out and do it at other locations (which I prefer not to risk others in the process during COVID-19 era). I escalated to both front desk manager and general manager but did not get any better outcome, which to me shown that they do not treat the bed bug issue as important at all. I recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs. I personally would not stay at this place again even if someone paid me to, definitely not worth the stress and risk.
