  Safe, easy stay. We wished we were there for more than one night!

  We were traveling home to visit family and had to drive this time instead of fly due to COVID. That meant one night in a hotel, both coming and going. I recently finished chemotherapy and we felt nervous because my immune system is not yet 100%. My husband called ahead of time and spoke to Rick and asked if we could have a room that no one had been in for a day or two. When we checked in, Rick was there and he was most understanding and helpful. Not only was he able to accommodate our request, but he even asked housekeeping to go back over the room before our arrival and wipe down again. He offered us wipes if my husband wanted to wipe things for me, but we'd brought our own. This was really exceptional service, in our opinion. I stayed in the car during check-in as several people were in the lobby (all wearing masks). After the lobby cleared out, my husband observed Rick wiping down lobby services. He didn't know my husband had walked back in, so the wipe down was not just for show in front of a customer. As to the room, although this is an older property, it was stylishly appointed, large, and comfortable. They were offering to go breakfasts which we did. The food was not the usual for a breakfast buffet, but we thought it was more than acceptable in light of the circumstances. We would definitely recommend this property to others.   Older style Residence Inn w some new furnishings

  We had a one-night stay in a king studio. The sofa appeared to be newer-everything was in good shape. Our Marriott preference is Residence Inns when possible because of the extra room. Breakfast was offered w scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon served by an attendant and other cold choices. There were a lot of restaurants, both traditional, and fast-food within a mile so its a good area to stay in but off the highway and quiet.

  We love staying here

  This is our favorite place to stay at in Paducah..We've stayed here numerous times.. we like the big rooms with comfortable beds and the kitchen areas. The workers are always kind and helpful..the evening hospitality nights-Monday through Wednesday are always tasty..we had soup and salad, a roll and cookie..It was more than enough..Laurie was working and such a friendly kind person..

  Excellent staff!

  The staff was fantastic and were very accommodating when we had a change in plans. The hotel was handling COVID well (the pool was closed), and breakfast was fixed to order rather than buffet style, and you had to eat in your room. The TV was great (you can log into Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, You Tube and other apps on the TV). Wifi reached the room, but I had some issues trying to purchase enhanced wireless, so I used a lot of mobile data on my phone. Comfortable bed and couch with chaise was a welcome feature.

  Not up to par...

  Stayed one night. Check-in clerk was extremely nice and courteous. But downhill from there. Was put in Room 214. Never, and I mean never, stay in this room. The main compressors are located just outside the window. When they turn on, not only is the noise ridiculous but the room literally shakes...literally! How a guest can be placed in this room is beyond belief. I was placed in another room. The rooms are pretty clean but the furniture has seen better days. The bathtub looked like it was built during the Civil War. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this Marriott. I wish I stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street.
