  Muy bueno

  Nos gustó mucho, habitaciones cómodas, limpias, bien equipadas , cerca de los parques , el desayuno era lo mismo todos los días , pero estaba bien , volveríamos a usarlo sin ningún problema , piscina climatizada y parqueos gratis . Éramos 6 personas, teníamos una suite, una cama matrimonial en una habitación , una sala con un sofá cama y otra habitación con dos canas grandes que pueden dormir dos personas en cada una. Wifi gratis.

  Pleasant stay, Lovely room

  Pleased to be at this hotel for a travel assignment. My room upgrade has a stellar view overlooking the water and stunning sunset views. Nicole checked me in and despite some shortfalls on my companys side got me through smoothly and courteously. Thanks Nicole! Everything is clean and sanitary. No pool access but gym is available for use on a first come first serve basis. Its sanitized after each use. Missing the usual hot breakfast but all in all a very convenient location. Only surprise is the 1030pm train that comes blazing thru hand on horn every night. Its close to the train tracks. Otherwise love it here!

  Best Marriott we've ever stayed in!!!

  My husband and I have been driving to Florida and staying at Marriott Residence Inns along the way, and one Fairfield. Downtown Orlando was, by far the best. First, we got upgraded to a two bedroom which was a luxury, with two bathrooms! The unit was extremely spacious and comfortable and one bathroom had a large shower and one had a bathtub. I love having a bathtub to soak in. While many hotels have provided few toiletries, that was not the case here. I love the little packets of make-up remover and getting little bottles of lotion. Plus, they give you sanitizing wipes to us for extra sanitation. But, the unit was spotless! The breakfast was a full one with many options and one could eat in the dining room or take a bag to go. The staff is very helpful and friendly and we were greeted by a fellow New Hampshirite! The only small drawback is that you have to pay for parking, about $15.00 per night. Still, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

  5 Star Hospitality at it's Best

  Mechanical problems late at night & two small dogs, Residence Inn was the perfect choice! The Staff and Accommodations were Excellent! A great night sleep in a fresh clean room with a cozy bed was much needed after a stressful day! The next morning we were greeted and welcomed to share our travel story. Joey the Sales Director called his local personal mechanic and got us in right away - his mechanic made us a priority and on our way in 2 hours we went. Joey even checked in on us later that evening to assure our safe arrival home! Hospitality at it's BEST is what you will find at The Residence Inn on Orange Ave. in Orlando! Thank you!

  Excellent Staff and Lovely, Spacious Rooms and Generous Breakfast.

  I spent two nights at The Residence Inn Orlando Downtown. From check in to leaving, the staff were friendly, helpful and committed to excellence. My suite was lovely and well appointed. There is road noise, but it did not disturb my sleep. The beds are comfy, the water hot, the parking garage convenient and safe($15 a day for parking) and the keys actually work every time. A plentiful take away breakfast is served from 6:00-9:00am each morning with COVID protocols observed. Thanks, Residence Inn for a great stay!!
