  Prime Residence Inn

  Excellent nice hotel. Doesnt feel like a hotel. Feels like home. Due to the ice storm and power outages in Okc family members had to resort to a hotel stay. Chose this Residence Inn because of value but was delightfully surprised of the warmth and feel! It really felt like home! Great place with extremely friendly and professional staff!

  Came in with my clients due to bad weather that cut off electricity in their houses

  The rooms were very accommodative and just suit our purpose. The Hotel has a sitting room with two bedrooms and well equip kitchen that is very accommodative for a family traveling or on vacation. The staffs were also very welcoming and knowledgeable of what they were doing.

  Very comfortable bed, clean and quiet.

  My stay was 8 nights. I used this time to study for an important exam I took the morning of my checkout. Having the kitchenette was a game changer for me. It allowed me to make all my meals, eat healthy, and save lots of money.

  Total fraud

  I booked a room for one night; room was dirty, crap in the sink, dust all over glasses in the cabinet. Hotel staff allowed a visitor I had add herself to the reservation after I had left and run up 4 more nights and $500+ on my card without my knowledge or consent. Do not stay here they will rob you.

  UNCLEAN ROOM - HOTEL NEEDS UPDATE

  Let me start off by saying I have stayed at this hotel probably 5-6 times within the past year due to my mom having surgery at the nearby hospital. I have gotten used to the outdated hotel and the somewhat uncleanliness of the rooms; however this time was DISGUSTING. When we first arrived in our room, I sat my bags down and pulled back the blankets and there was chocolate or something on my sheets. I asked for them to be changed and they immediately changed them. We later found a half burned joint in one of the bathrooms AND the couch had what appeared to be sperm on the cushion and on the painting above the couch. I immediately went to the front desk and told them because when I tried to call, our phone didnt work. She cleaned up the couch and took the joint but stated she could not do much else until a manager was there. She did ask if we wanted to be moved but it was about 9pm and my mom had to be at the hospital at 5am so we just wanted to go to bed. The next morning they switched my rooms, and after they re-magnetized my keys twice, the key lock on my door had to be changed because it stopped working and I could no longer unlock my door. The bathtub leaked so the entire night all I heard was drip... drip... drip. The carpet is gross.... do not walk around without socks on! Literally, the stay from hell. I do want to say how great Collin was with all of this. He called the next day and asked how he could help. He comped the room for the second night, but honestly, the manager should do more. This hotel needs to be updated and completely cleaned. The couches need to be thrown out... its 2020 and these couches have probably been here since they first opened. The cabinets in the kitchen need to be repaired, the refrigerators need to be scrubbed and repainted.... so much could be done to this hotel. Dont stay here unless you absolutely have to. Staff is nice, but you wake up feeling dirty. Im sure theres a motel 6 nearby that is cleaner than this hotel. This is NOT what a Marriott should be!!!
