  Amazing place to visit - staff is so kind and welcoming

  It was so good to be back! Keith, Mark, Courtney, Stacy, Carol and Bobby made the visit special. The staff works together as a strong team. Rooms were super clean and welcoming. Staff is so positive and corona courtesys are obvious. So happy to be back and see Ocean City and get a break. Missed those beautiful burnt orange sunsets and water views! Back in the spring!

  Customer Service was exceptional!!!!!!

  I booked a room here after reading recent reviews. The Manager Stacey was so helpful as my husband has special needs. We needed a long weekend respite and they went out of their way to make us feel safe in these pandemic times. Our room was spotless and so comfortable, plus, they are dog friendly! They even helped me get quarters so I could do laundry! I travel a bit for work but I have rarely encountered such exceptional service. The location is quiet and we enjoyed our visits to Assateague National Seashore in the off-season to see the wild horses. We will return there again.

  AWESOME ! Beautiful hotel, AMAZING SUNSET and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  I stayed here on Jan 19th and 20th for a getaway retreat by myself. The hotel is brand new, and Stacy is exceptional! Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. After viewing my room, I asked for a change of room so I could be on a higher floor, Stacy changed it with no problems or complaints! I had stayed at the Hilton OCeanfront two days before I went to the Residence Inn, the Hilton was not a good experience, but I have found my new favorite hotel in Ocean CIty. I have NOTHING BAD to say about this place Parking excellent! Rooms ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything is brand new! The balcony overlooking the bay is beyond words!! I sat there for hours meditating, praying, relaxing and could have stayed forever! The hot complimentary breakfast even during covid times was excellent(eggs,bacon,waffles etc). AND EVERYTHING was clean in this hotel! The view from the pool at sunset.,is WOW! But the customer service, I have never seen anything like it. EVERY single employee smiled, asked if you needed anything etc etc. When I saw housekeeping in the hallway they smiled and asked if I needed anything. Very rarely do you see customer service like this. I plan on going back very soon! Residence Inn! THANK YOU! FOr your radical hospitality!

  It was OK

  Our stay at the OC Residence Inn was average. Good points: - Breakfast staff was so kind and welcoming. They provided true hospitality. - Housekeeping for my room was impeccable. The suite was spotless, and the housekeepers were friendly. - Suite was nicely appointed. Needs improvement: - For me desk service was not optimal. One desk person was not friendly. Another person said my request was not possible because the hotel was full that night, but it was a Sunday night in March and plenty of rooms were available online. - Pool is small. With COVID distancing, can fit 8 people max in my estimation, even though the door sign says no more than 15 people are allowed. The pool opens at 10 am, which is pretty late. I arrived at 10 am, and no towels were available until 10:45. - Outdoor deck area fire pit was not working. - Beach area was dirty with lots of garbage. - Stairwells smell like smoke.

  So much fun!

  Our time at this hotel was great! We had so many wonderful conversations with Zina and Stacy in the lobby and were excited to see there were so many chipper folks during these trying times. We shopped for several options in town, and actually found some lower price options. But, we think we made the best choice. Sunsets were front and center, and our dinner was spectacular. The Shrimpburger was and incredible and new experience we loved! Hope to come back very soon.
