  Fui por trabajo y me quede encantada con el trato de este hotel, las habitaciones bastante amplias y bien equipadas, tienen el dormitorio separado de la cocina y la sala de estar es mas como un minidepartamento q una habitacion, el desayuno abundante y sabroso, se preocupan por la conservacion del medio ambiente, los utensilios no son descartables lo cual me gusto mucho. Ahora el precio es bastante elevado pero la atencion y calidad de primera.

  Great Hotel but customer service could be better

  My family stayed during October 2019. During our stay of 2 nights, we had no complains. 24 hours after we checked out, we realized we may have forgotten something in the room. I called the hotel to inquire and I was told I would get a call back once housekeeping looks into it and they took my phone number down. I waited until the afternoon and called again and was told the same thing. I call again at 10 pm and was told that housekeeping has left for the day and there were no notes so they will contact me the following morning. The next day, I did not receive any calls, I called the hotel again and once again it was a new staff, claiming to know nothing about contacting me. She also took my phone number down and said housekeeping will contact me once they have look for it. On this day, I called for the second times after waiting 8 hours for a call back and was told that they do not have the item at this time but they will call me back if they can locate it. By this time, I was confident that we had left the item at this hotel because we had already searched at other places. Therefore, I insisted that they look again and call me back soon as I had a flight out the following morning. The following morning I called and said I have a flight to get onto in few hours and I could still pick up the item before I go back across the country. I told the person that I had four hours and she said she will call me back in 20 minutes. Two hours later and no calls later I called one last time and was told Ill get a call right back. The next day, when I have already left the state, I get a call that they have found my item. This was now 5 full days after I had checked out that they found my item. I asked them to ship it to me and they said it would be at my expense. I asked for it to be at their expense because of how long it took them to find my item and their lack of follow up. The lady said she is unable to make this decision so she will speak to her manager and call me back. To this day, I have not received that phone call.

  Decent Stay

  Property is well maintained. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. We got a two bedroom room. Room was nice and clean. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Room has an electric fireplace. Pool are ok. Breakfast food has a decent choices. Property is also walk in distance to grocery store and some place to eat which is pretty nice. Well stay here again.

  very nice and good location near freeway, grocery store and restaurants

  Very nice hotel, breakfast is good though the eggs were always cold for some strange reason. The room was nice and comfortable and just wish they had a recycling trash container to separate out trash.

  Feel yourself at home - A Charming Place!!

  Beautiful, confortable and charming bedrooms!! It is so nice to be in a room/bedroom that has the extra touch, which makes you feel so welcome and being like at home. The bedroom is bright, clean and it has colors, beautiful colors on the wall! And the kitchenette has a full size fridge, and everything else that you may need to make your own meals. But also the Residence Inn offers breakfast. All included. The dinning room is another charming place. Mariana, the front office manager, show us the whole place. It was very kind of her. And they also offer the experience of local restaurant dinner delivery. Very nice idea. I really enjoy it being there and I hope you also get the home-happy vibe that I felt there.
