Roomy and cozyStaff all very friendly. Breakfast buffet. Rooms large, but a bit dated. Full size kitchen. I couldn't find a safe in our room- so something to consider. Our amenities (shampoo/conditioner /etc) also werent refilled the next day. My family brought their own, so I wasnt in dire need of some and Im sure they would have given me if I asked. Coffee and tea always available. They had a pool and gym as well. Overall a good experience.

Pleasant and ComfortableStayed here overnight with family and found this hotel to be a good choice overall. Their front desk staff was exceptional at providing friendly and prompt service. The rooms appear to be a bit dated but they are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast buffet selection was good as well The only thing that I found a bit inconvenient was the drains in the bathtub take a while to drain and the water fills up really quickly even with the drain cap out. Other than that, this is a family friendly hotel and we enjoyed our stay here.

Great accommodation, reasonably pricedI joined my son and 12 year old grandson for a minor hockey tournament in Mississauga. Stayed from Thursday until late Sunday morning. Great set up with a bedroom and separate living/dining area, with large flat screen TV. Also kitchen area with full fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove top. All type of pots/pans/utensils included. Excellent hot breakfast as well. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Pull out bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

One NightWe made arrangements to stay 1 night at this hotel as it accepts pets, we own a Shihtzu, we've stayed at many Mariott Residence's with our dog. We arrived at this hotel after travelling just over 2 hours to find out we need to sign their policy (never at any other) that is when we saw "their" price, $100.00 for our dog for 1 night, the room cost us $103 + $100 for our dog. A $100 for our dog that sleeps in her own bed We were stuck as we made plans hence why we were down there, we felt completely ripped off and they would do nothing. In all the Mariott Residences we've gone to at the most it has costed us is $20/night. We paid the damn bill and tried to have a good time. Once home my husband went through customer service of Mariott only to find they transferred us right back to the hotel. We will NEVER stay here again nor do I recommend this hotel especially if you have a pet. Call the hotel in advance to understand "their" policy before you make your trip!

Impeccable cleanliness and special touch to guest needsThis was my last stay on my Mississauga hotel round while my apartment was being fixed. Again, I will say even travelling local has been challenging during COVID-19, and some hotels handled it better than others. This was one of them. I stayed for night a few days ago. Guest services were spot on. They met Marriott brand standard to a tee. Warm welcoming check-in experience by Shaina. She went over all available amenities, and mentioned where my room faced. In addition, I mentioned my reason for staying. She was sympathetic, and offered assistance if I needed to extend my stay. That was still a possibility, so this made me feel much at home as I could be given my situation. Thank you, Shaina! I checked into my room on the 4th floor. Beautiful upkeep with so many special touches including a personal TV greeting with my name and microwave popcorn. I also appreciated the security/COVID measures being taken. Outdoor deliveries are not allowed. Guests have an option to pick them up or have staff take to your room. Engaged with Minette during the day, and Plamen during the evening. Minette was so kind to give me the easiest recommendation for a shopping need, and Plamen was kind enough to offer me a toiletry need I forgot. Both had warm smiles...added to the home away from home feel. Woke up in the morning and sure enough I wasn't feeling well due to a medical condition. I called guest services and spoke with Ruby. I mentioned my particular issue, and asked for a little extra time to check out. She expressed care (and subtly made sure the major question of fever was a rule out), and I confidently assured her it wasn't the case. She told me to take my time and call down again if I needed anything. At this point I was getting sad I received permission to head home to my apartment. Last (but not least) I engaged with Chanelle, as housekeeper who quickly grabbed me a large plastic carry bag for my food leftovers. I always say it's the little extra things that go along way during difficult and hard times. I stayed in five hotels during my situation. Only two were worthy of real recognition.
