  Excelente

  Atención excelente desde el check Inn, el personal súper atento. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones bien cómodas al igual que las camas. WiFi excelente señal a toda hora. El desayuno abundante y variado.

  Very worn and dirty

  We were supposed to stay here 5 days, but after arriving and staying one night we just couldnt stay. When we got there the sheets looked dirty and we asked for new sheets, and changed them ourselves. We brought wipes to wipe the room down and got black grimy dirt on our wipes from just about every surface..table, chairs, desk, window ledge, counters all very grimy. It appeared to have been vacuumed and thats it. So gross. We left the next day and found a different hotel. One thing they did right was they let us check out with no penalty, and Calvin at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and we appreciated him. Overall the whole hotel was worn and run down

  Disappointed

  We stayed 2 nights. I stay in Residence Inn frequently when I travel for the nice suites and great breakfast. Checkin was friendly and easy. Was advised due to covid masks required in public areas and bagged breakfast. I appreciated this as it made me feel safer. The room was nice and big but kinda shabby. Furniture was dinged up. Carpet was coming up, bathroom door trim was rotting out, wallpaper was water damaged, bed was way to firm for me. It seemed clean except some of the silverware. It was super convenient for Mall, just a few blocks away. The bagged breakfast was pitiful. They were out of coffee from at least 8-8:20 the first day so I drank decaf (I would have asked if they had more but the guy in back was having a coughing fit).The hot tub was out of order, pool needed cleaning. I use rewards night for my stay. I could have stayed at the JW Marriott attached to the mall for free but I chose the residence inn because they are usually high quality and the breakfast is usually so good. I wouldn't stay again and probably will be cancelling my Marriott Visa soon as the free reward night is no longer worth the $95 annual fee. The Super 8 we stayed in the rest of our trip was much nicer with a good breakfast.

  Great Park and Fly

  Clean establishment with large rooms. We had a living space with pull out sofa, kitchen and separate bedroom. They called us a private taxi to bring us to the airport and had a shuttle for our return. Will stay here again next month for another park/ride option.

  The Good and Not So Good

  Would give this property a 2 but am giving it a 3 because of the excellent front desk staff who did their best to address our concerns. But they have to deal with a drab facility that is not well maintained. Room was old, worn carpet and walls, not clean, sticky handles, dirty dishes in cupboard, ancient stove and frig, broken disposal. Needs a dramatic face-lift to meet what we expect from Marriott. Price was good so I guess you get what you pay for!
