  Inolvidable

  Un hotel sencillamente maravilloso. Cuartos amplios, equipados al detalle (tienen más equipamiento de cocina que un departamento); baños amplios, con la mejor presión de ducha que he visto en años; una cama inolvidable; la piscina es pequeña, pero perfecta para los niños (viajé con mi hija de 6 años). El desayuno, excelente, abundante, variado. Wifi gratuito (esa condena eterna de los hoteles norteamericanos) y con buena velocidad, para varios dispositivos simultáneos. Estacionamiento amplio, muy cerca de la I195, lo que da un fácil acceso a toda la costa de Connecticut (15 minutos a New Haven). Y la atención...por favor, una atención esmerada, cordial a toda hora, plena de información y asistencia. Pasé cinco días perfectos.

  Home away from home

  Fantastic home away from home. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Bed comfortable. Kitchen handy to cook up home foods. Thanks guys. Reasonable location. Safe, comfortable, relaxed Excellence achieved!

  Dirty Room

  I have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, this time my room was dirty - not sure sheets had been changed, hair on the sheets. We had requested a new comforter and never received one. (We had left for an event for the night and by the time we got back we did not want to call downstairs again) Luckily we had been shopping and had a brand new set of sheets in the car - we went to the car and made the bed with the new sheets so we could sleep without thinking about the dirty sheets. Not sure we will return.

  Good week long stay

  Stayed here for a week while I was in the area for work and had a good week long stay. Very friendly, engaging and helpful staff from check in to checkout. My room was great! Very spacious with a fully stocked kitchenette.complete with a full size fridge.The living/work area was much larger than what I could have hoed for or expected. The bed room was large and the bed was nice and comfortable so I slept well all week. The bathroom was nice and had a shower to die for. The best water pressure I think I've ever had in a hotel that had no issues and hot water that stayed hot from start to finish. The breakfast staff was impressive as well constantly filling the hot bar item that were low or out and seemed to always be clearing tables for guests that had been waiting for a place to sit. The happy hours sponsored by the hotel a couple of nights a week were a much welcomed way to unwind and meet new people or plan the next day at work with co-workers. Job well done Marriott!!

  Wasnt the best

  Bad customer service. There was people a few rooms down from us blaring music and were doing something. The halls reeked of the bad smell so we went to the front desk. The man said he would check it out. Hours later nothing changed and they kept it going threw the night. Then, you had to make reservations for the pool which wasnt an issue for us but the lady at the desk told us we couldnt make reservations till 9am Bc it was booked. So at 8:45 we go down to make sure were first and apparently the lady told everyone else 8 they could make the reservations. For some reason she told us a later time.
