STAFF WAS HORRIBLEI called this place on 10/30 to see if there were any rooms available and was met by a rude person by the name of Charles. Every time I called he told me to hold on and NEVER returned to the phone. At one point he left me on hold for 20 minutes. That wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the fact that he came back and called me someone else's name. When I said no I'm not her (it was a girl name that he called me) he said 'oh, I'm sorry will you please hold' and proceeded to put me back on hold to speak to this mystery girl. After 10 more minutes of being on hold I finally hung up and called back. This time he answered and was so rude that I said never mind and hung up the phone. I understand that people don't care to work the late shift after 10pm but that is no reason to be rude. Especially when you are making personal calls (seeing as how he called me by a girl's name).

need a face liftStay in this hotel on our way to East coast. We stay 2 nights visiting family in Memphis area. Location is good, near grocery stores and eatery. During our visit, the elevator didn't work, so we decided to get the first floor. The room is ok, not clean, stains on pillow case. I am not sure if they actually clean the sheet on the bed. Breakfast start at 6:30 a.m. The food selection were minimal due to covid. I will not stay in this hotel again simply because the room was not clean as I expected.

Stay Somewhere Else, Even if More $$$If Im in this area again, Ill pay a higher nightly rate and stay somewhere else. Old property (built around 2003/2004 based on Google Imagery). Train tracks are less than 400 ft away with random run schedules - sometimes as late as 1:00 am or later. If you HAVE to stay here, choose EVEN rooms 216-224 to maybe have less noise. Frying pan was in the cabinet but was not clean. TV remote battery seemed dead. Miscommunication between sales manager, manager and front desk staff caused issues with already agreed upon nightly rate and stay dates. Front desk needs much more training - my check in took over 30 min just because I booked 2 rooms under my name and they need to be separated on arrival. The only positive about the property is the proximity to essentially anything. Starbucks, Mexican and other out to eat places, Target. Walmart is 10 min away. Seems like a relatively safe area, even for Memphis. Other than proximity, I have no positive mentions about the property.

Snow storm 2021We are SO THANKFUL to the amazing staff at the residence inn in Germantown. All of the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. They went above and beyond for my family (a toddler and 2 dogs) when our pipes burst and we needed a place to stay. Daretha ans Scott at the front desk were the best. They were on limited staff as well and we never would have known it. Made us feel at home.

Came for a funeral, room was a disaster!Absolutely horrible!!! Room was just nasty. I couldnt believe a Marriott, which I am a rewards member too, would be so poorly kept and unclean!! During a pandemic when cleansing is our priority, they failed! I came for a funeral and my stay ended up a disaster
