  Amplitud y amabilidad

  Habitaciones con mucho espacio, incluso después de meter una cama gigante. Cocina totalmente amueblada, incluso lavavajillas. Wifi perfecto. Gimnasio bastante completo. Fue una pena no poder disfrutar de la piscina. Destacar sobre todo la amabilidad de todo el personsl, en especial en el deasyuno que, por cierto, era muy variado y con mucha fruta. Por poner una pega, aunque se apagara la calefacción seguía sonando algún ventilador y hacía algo de ruido por la noche. Me encanta la naturalidad con que slgunos huéspedes bajan a desayunar en pijama.

  Nice property but night manager needs to improve his attitude

  Stay here on two separate occasions in May and June . Like the property and location for our needs. The night desk employee a young man really could improve his attitude. Stopped and made inquiries from him and he left us with a very bad impression. He wanted to be somewhere else and we were a bother. Stopped for the breakfast bag at 6:20 am and was told no breakfast until 6:30 am that the rules. Had to skip the breakfast as had an early meeting. Most likely will look for another Marriott property nearby. Hotel is well cared for and room is great but service is also part of our stay quality. Other people at the desk were very nice.

  Excellent location

  We had an excellent experience at this hotel. We were particularly impressed with the packaged towel delivery that we did not even have to ask for. Please thank the staff for always wearing masks when we saw them. I know its the law, but during this road trip weve seen several hotels and businesses where employees were wearing their masks like a chin strap. At this hotel, everyone was always wearing a mask, which made us feel safer about traveling during the pandemic. One nice and unexpected thing was the hotel's walk-friendly location. Many chain hotels in the suburbs let you walk to one thing -- other chain hotels, and maybe a Denny's. This one was located in an outdoor shopping area with lots of walkable shops and restaurants as well as a really beautiful walking/biking trail right outside your door. Also, the upkeep was great and there was nothing broken, run down, etc. at all during our stay. If there is anything that could be improved, it would be to expand and vary the to-go breakfast options. In addition to granola bars and yogurt, it would be great to see hard-boiled eggs and instant flavored oatmeal, for example. And Id love to see the pet fee reduced or done on a per-night basis it was $85 for us to have the dog with us, including the tax, which feels steep. I know this is not a price set by the individual hotel, just by the chain, but this is something Marriott should think about. Some comparable chains have no pet fee at all (Drury Inns, La Quinta Suites) while others have a lower one that they routinely waive (Holiday Inn Express).

  Good price, decent Covid breakfast, nice rooms.

  Grab and go breakfast, friendly staff, juice machine was broken but otherwise it was fine. Nice big room with a full kitchen and big refrigerator. No problems. Price was good, and bed was fine. Only there about 2am to 10am.

  Issues with guests and toilet

  This was my second stay at the Residence Inn West this year and I hope to never return. The guests were so loud, and the front desk pretended to care but did nothing to resolve the situation. One bathroom had an unusable toilet throughout the stay. It needed extensive repairs that were not feasible with guests in the room during COVID. If the toilet had been cleaned (it looked dirty upon arrival), the cleaning staff never reported that it did not flush (not one tiny bit. I am very disappointed in this property.
