  Short getaway

  Great hotel.great customer service and exceptional cleanliness. Will definitely stay again. Kudos to ms Lamb she helped greatly with some of our extra needs. Great location and excellent transfer to the airport.

  weekend get away

  Perfect place for a weekend. - Place was very clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast was nice - what you expect - Food hot. - Could have had a bit more fresh fruit to choose from. Outside seating was very nice. Did not use pool

  This hotel is like the land of the not quite right. Everything seem to of been broken but nothing ever seem to get repaired. On the first day I checked in one of the two elevators was out of service. When I checked out 11 days later the same elevator was still out of service. This was a common theme throughout my stay. In the laundry room only one of the three washing machines work. And only two of the six dryers worked. The room was OK but it was in bad need of a deep clean and update. The kitchen was bad. It turns your stomach when you prepare food and lookup and see where the water had leaked from the third-floor and it was now mold growing on the ceiling in the wall. See the attached pic...., Ive stayed at several Marriotts in the past it was always impressed, this one did not seem to live up to the Marriott standards. Which is kind of odd because there are four other Marriotts all within quarter mile of the residence. I would think that they would be on par with each other. So if you have your choice, I would choose one of the other Marriott hotels in the area and stay there. I would definitely avoid this Residence Inn.

  Nice place to stay

  The staff was helpful, the room were clean & comfortable, the breakfast was excellant. The minor problems I had with the room were quickly fixed by the staff. W/bath room. It was very comfortable.e had a 2 bedroom

  Top notch hotel with great staff.

  Everything about this hotel was perfect for our group of 10 people on the bourbon trail. Location worked well, the hospitality was totally on point and our rooms were delightful. We will definitely be back!
