  Estado 1 mes por trabajo alojado , en general el hotel esta bien, habitaciones amplias con cocina , limpio, conexión wifi, gimnasio pequeño pero bien cuidado, piscina cubierta y jacuzzi, barbacoa en la terraza, cerca de centro comercial y a unos 15 min en coche del centro de lansing, a mejorar el desayuno , bastante pobre en cantidad y calidad .

  No Complaints

  This hotel is pretty good. Spacious rooms, very clean, friendly front desk staff and an overall good place. We washed some laundry while we were there and that seemed a little pricey (4.00 a load) but we would definitely stay here again.

  A little disappointing

  After paying $170 for this room with a kitchen and fireplace for a birthday get together we were dissapointed in how run down this hot is. I was not able to upload the pictures but the table has spray paint all over the side of it and the carpet was very stained up. The pool was freezing! They said it was kept at 80 degrees but I think the heater must be broken. Hot tub was ok but you can not turn it on or off it simply circulated the water on its own. Breakfast area was ok but small in size. Very disappointing for a Marriott hotel.

  Good stay but ecologically mixed up

  Check-in was seamless and quick. I love the mixers, especially Tuesday night, with the burgers. However, Housekeeping did not adhere to Marriott's Green policy and replaced my hung up towel Wednesday. I then brought it to the attention of the front desk, but the bath towel was replaced, again, Thursday morning. If you're going to promote a Green policy, follow it!

  I would choose any hotel in the area but this one

  Extremely disappointed by our overnight visit to this hotel. With the holiday, my kids were off from school and we were off from work. Decided to get a hotel for them to swim. The gentleman at checkin was very nice and friendly but once we were checked in, he warned that they had a sports team there and it was rowdy. That was an understatement. Kids were running all over the hotel unsupervised all day and night. We tried to swim there different times and each time, it was full and an absolute chaotic nightmare. Groups of teenage boys (unsupervised) took over the entire facility and after 1 minute, we left due to the screaming, diving and profanities. At bedtime, we pulled out the sleeper sofa and the bedding for it and the bedding had dried chocolate all over it. It clearly had not been washed. I went down to the front desk to ask for new bedding and a man came down and began screaming and yelling that kids were running up and down the hall and the parents werent watching them and he had to work in the morning. He used the F bomb several times and walked away. Breakfast was even worse. When we walked down, the breakfast attendant said there isnt much left. It took almost 30 minutes to use the waffle maker as the group of adults made one waffle after another after another. Not all of this is the hotels fault but the entire experience made me turned off to this hotel forever. The front desk was nice and helpful but that was about it
