    BE AWARE THAT CAR BREAK-INS ARE AN ISSUE AT THIS HOTELS PARKING GARAGE.

    I stayed the night of 8/22/20 and parked my car in their garage. At around 4:40am my car was broken into by a young couple and several items were stolen. The hotel was of course no help at all and they dont even have security cameras in their $18 per night garage. (Turns out KC is a hot bed for car break-ins.) Fortunately my dash cam recorded their faces and I have turned the footage over to the police. My car most likely was not the only one broken into that night. If you had a break-in at this hotel or near by, please contact the police department directly at (816) 234-5510 and file a case.

    Great Front Desk Staff

    I stayed at this hotel for five days. I was warmly greeted by the wonderful staff and they were very informative and helpful. The receptionist briefed me on the health precautions the hotel was taking and that made for a pleasant and safe visit. Mrs. Kayie Roberts was very helpful upon checkout with the bill and rewards points. Thanks to her and all of the hotel staff.

    Very clean and friendly service!

    We felt so safe staying at the Residence Inn KC. The front desk staff was very nice. Our valets, Jared and Mike, took such good care of us. We were happy to hand our keys over to these guys. They were easy to talk to and quick to make us laugh. We had a great stay! So close amd within walking distance to restaurants and fun.

    Horrible Service

    The front desk lady that checked me in was very rude and combative. The 3rd floor garbage by the elevators was full and piling over for two days with pizza boxes and other take out. The shower head wouldn't fully get all the water flow and the bath faucet took half the water and shot it out really hard on my foot so i had to stand far away and the shower water barley got to me.
