    Excellent experience

    My husband and I stayed at this great hotel for almost five months while our new home was being built. Our experience could not have been any better. The entire staff was wonderful, from front desk, to housekeeping and maintenance. The room was lovely and served us well. Very very clean. During our stay, the Covid-19 virus became part of everyday life and, again, the hotel handled it so well. We want to say thank you so much to these fine people who took such great care of us. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you need a long term stay as we did. They made us feel like family.

    Zero Customer Service/Gross Pool

    Ok, you may have seen that I previously wrote a good review about this property. Things change! The current staff at this place are so incredibly rude now. It is shocking. The pool is HOT! Customers are smoking in the pool area. Kids are wearing regular diapers in the water. Manager does not address this. I have stayed with my family at this hotel 16 nights this year as a staycation, get out of the house treat. I am Titanium with Marriott and exclusively stay with Marriott. Check-in: At checkin the woman at the counter failed to welcome me as an elite member and ask if I preferred points or an amenity. Ok, not following hotel protocols- whatever. Instead she said something like oh, you are here again - which I felt had a negative connotation. I asked if she could upgrade us to a room with two beds. She said she could and tried to charge me $25 extra. Um, never mind. She told me she upgraded me to a king suite. Nope, I think we had the smallest non suite room in the hotel and the lamp was broken. There were possibly 5 cars there. Not full! We asked for extra soap and towels and she was so rude about it. Next day: front desk woman NOT WEARING A MASK, yelled across the lobby at my daughter and her friend for not wearing a mask as they were walking out to get in the car. You are not wearing a mask employee!!! But yelling at kids. The FINAL straw for this place ... we were at the pool and decided to go get some snacks and come back to the pool. We got in the car - yes with the towels- because we were dripping wet- and the front desk lady ran out and accused us of stealing towels. Are you kidding me?? They have the crappiest towels ever, super small and worn out. Why would I steal them?? We were planning to stay another night. I cancelled that and any plans to stay there again. Until this location can hire employees that have some sense of customer service, I will spend my money elsewhere.

    Nice clean hotel

    Stayed here for a night and couldnt be more pleased. Rooms and common areas were clean and well taken care of. I really liked the design of the king suite. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

    Buisness Trip

    I found this hotel to be clean, comfortable, quiet and the area feels safe. I had daily interaction with the Front Desk staff and spoke with the general manger on occasion; ALL of the staff at this hotel were friendly, courteous and wanted to make sure my needs were met. I watched their interactions with other guests and, again, the staff was always pleasant with everyone.

    Canceled by hotel last minute

    I booked a suite for my best friends wedding for the bridesmaids and bride to stay in the night before the wedding. At 6 pm the night I am supposed to check in the hotel called to tell me that they had cancelled my reservation because the hotel room had water damage from a storm weeks ago and the room was not available. I was able to book into another hotel, only because that hotel had a cancellation, and not into a suite like we had originally planned. I was extremely disappointed that this hotel could not communicate further in advance that my room was not available so that I could find another more suitable hotel. Unfortunately Marriott has lost a customer for life due to this very frustrating complete lack of customer service.
