Muy buen servicioEl hotel en muy buenas condiciones, habitaciones amplias y limpias. El staff amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. La única forma de transportarse es por medio de taxi, el centro de Houston esta aproximadamente a 35 minutos.

Great ServiceI travel on a frequent basis, and never have I felt as welcome as I have when I checked in to this hotel. There were 2 black young men checking me in, and the trainer Eric was outstanding. He checked on us after check in, gave us free bottles of water and helped us find a great food restaurant named Razoos to try. The gentleman that was training was very nice but once more Eric's kindness stood out. I will be coming back!

Good value for money, excellent front desk staffI stayed at the Residence Inn during Xmas 2019, visiting from Baton Rouge, with my family that includes a 2 yr old and a dog. The hotel had already arranged a crib and checkin was smooth, room was next to the exit on first floor so was easy to take doggy walks! Ramsha, the front desk clerk was friendly and courteous, and helpfully fixed an error on my invoice. Breakfast was good, they had fresh warm waffles! Good value for money suites, with full kitchen.

ConvienentI stayed here during a hurricane and appreciated the convenience of a kitchen in my room. The room was a nice size (studio) and was neatly decorated. Also, the hotel staff was great. However, the tub could use some work (caulking) or reglaze. If you plan on sleeping in, good luck. The hotel room doors are very loud that they will jolt you awake starting at 7 am. This hotel is for someone who has to leave by 6 am because the noise level with the doors outside and the hotel room doors are very loud. I found the groundskeeping well kept and plenty of areas for my dog to walk around. Overall, I will not stay here again if I'm looking for a private getaway. This is for the traveler on the go.

Very Rude Night AuditorA guest booked a reservation at this property and 10-20 minutes after the reservation was made I called back to inquire about the earliest that would be possible for check in and to see if the requests of the guests would be able to be accommodated. When I realized that those requests could not be met I requested that the reservation would be cancelled with no penalty. The night auditor let me know the cancellation policy was typically 48 hrs in advance for no penalty. I responded letting him know that the guest just made the reservation a few minutes before I called. The agent finally said that he would cancel the reservation with no penalty but there seemed to be confusion on how to do that. When I relayed the information to the guest they wanted their cancellation number. I called the property back and I requested the cancellation number so that I could double check this that this in fact was cancelled with no penalty the night auditor became very rude with his responses. I understand the frustrations that can sometimes come with the night audit shift especially during this strange time in the hospitality industry, but there should be a level respect that is extended to all guests regardless whether or not they work for the company. I was unable to get a manager's name or even the night auditors name because when I called he hotel he just answered saying "Residence Inn". When I asked for this information the night auditor said "oh my God" huffed and then hung up the phone.
