  Great service!

  When our furnace unexpectedly needed replacement over a holiday weekend, we decided to stay at our nearby Residence Inn for 3 nights. We are so glad made this choice! Our room was very comfortable and the small kitchen came in handy. Additionally, the staff was extremely customer focused, friendly and helpful, especially Gary and Carla, who were particularly gracious. When my family visits us next, I will ensure they stay here!

  Sweet Rooms, Smelly Neighbors, Self-Service Manager!

  No one can argue at how nice, clean and large the rooms are on this property. The price was also competitive and location is near everything one needs. Unfortunately, a few doors down, the guests in a few rooms decided to have an ethnic spicy cook-off! Our first indication of a problem were smells in the hallway coming under our door, followed by smells coming through the vents, and it got to the point our eyes were watering. We just could not believe itt and spoke to other guests nearby us. My family has their own favorite ethnic foods as well but it is common sense not to cook say cabbage, hard boiled eggs, etc in a hotel! Our calls and visit to the front desk went unanswered and when we eventually got a managers attention her question to us was What would you like me to do? Well, ifI were you just knock on their door and, as you start tearing up, ask them to open some windows, put on a fan, spray some air freshener, and not to prepare such strong food again! She responded, I cannot upset a guest and do that, but I will spray the hallway. I mentioned I had already tried that earlier and believe I was a guest too who was being inconvenienced. It was like that Seinfeld episode at the car rental desk on holding a reservation!!!! In the end, the manager offered us another room down the hall but that was of no help given the odor carried everywhere. Oddly, she really wanted credit for doing her job when nothing was actually done! So, know when staying here it can come with odd problems where you are the self-service manager! Hey, that idea may just catch-on with cheap hotel owners!

  Excellent property

  My wife and I stayed there 5 days over different Sundays. The usual woman who works on Sundays and Monday mornings was great. Property was fine, nice quiet rooms. had one problem with charges that was addressed by the management promptly.

  WOW!

  I usually write a review after my restaurant or lodging experience,... BUT I could not wait 'till then to give my comments on this amazing property and great location: Home Away From Home!!! We just checked in today, a family of four and a half, both parents, 15 yr-old daughter, 17 yr-old son, and our youngest child our sweet and well-behaved Chihuahua breed "boy" ;-) From the moment we took the ramp exit and saw Buffalo Wild Wings on our right 'till we reach our destination, which I passed on the left for being in lalaland watching (while driving) the shops, stores, and restaurant on both sides of the road which are walking distance! Property perfectly "groomed", this is, green areas, beautiful hanging pink flower planters by the main entrance, and cozy and welcoming interior, enhanced my the very professional staff. The only horrible thing, the bad weather! A tropical storm affecting our pool, grill, and firepit plans :-( Hopefully it would get better by Sunday before heading back to reality in the concrete jungle. As I am typing this now, I feel fully relaxed despite not trying the hot tub due to the weather. This is relaxing, I do not hear the rest of my party but just the tv on. We ate like pigs! We chose three restaurants, take out because we wanted to enjoy our dinner in our room, and the winners were Buffalo Wild Wings, Red Robbin, and Longhorn. Oh! I forgot to mention that after checking in and being in our room for a short while, we went shopping for the kids, well, for me too, so hard to skip it! This property has exceeded our expectations and this is just the beginning! Congrats to you all in these tough times of public health crisis. And thank you for keeping us informed on Marriott protocols for our peace of mind!

  Quick sleep

  I arrived after midnight and left a few hours later after a quick sleep. The room was clean and the furniture in good condition. I was disappointed in the comfort of the bed in my room. The hotel was nice and staff friendly.
