  Weekend getaway amid Covid-19

  My husband and I decided to get away for the weekend since we were going crazy staying at home in Pennsylvania due to Covid -19. We used our certificates for a two night stay at the residence in Frederick Md. and were happy we did. We took our bikes and biked the C&O towpath from Brunswick to Antietam and also toured Harpers Ferry. The towpath and Harpers Ferry were under 30 minutes from the hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and we felt 100% safe. Our room had been sanitized and tape had been placed over the door and dishwasher so we we certain no one had been in the room after it had been cleaned. The beds smelled clean! The staff followed protocols and were all wearing masks and stayed 6feet apart. We were able to enjoy outdoor activities during the day and found out door dining at night. A very enjoyable get away during a difficult time. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Birthday Anniversary Weekend

  Im so glad we choose this hotel. Great service started when we arrived and continued all weekend long. The hotel was spotless and front desk service amazing. I highly recommend them and will stay there again.

  Amazing staff! Great rooms!

  Excellent service at check in and throughout. Very clean and pleasant hotel. The two bedroom suite is spacious and cozy with full kitchen and fireplace. There is a good size pool and gym. Also, hot breakfast is included. Absolutely will stay here again.

  Excellent choice for stressful times

  We spent a night here and could not have been more impressed. Issue #1 right now is whether a hotel has taken all reasonable precautions to insure the health and safety of guests. The answer here is a resounding, unequivocal yes. Very high standards are obvious throughout the property. Many thanks to the wonderful staff for their hard and conscientous work. This has to be a tough time for them, but it does not seem to have affected their professionalism one bit. We had a good feeling about staying here, and would return without any hesitation.

  Great staff, rooms could be better

  Front desk staff is very friendly and responsive. The gentleman who works many mornings (and whose name I did not get) is particularly good at putting a smile on my face. Im updating my review because the great staff made the stay better despite my room (404), which was not so great. Small for a residence inn. Weird shaped couch meant the only way I could lay down my yoga mat (since I don't want to use gym during covid) was by moving the small table in front of the sink and dishwasher and moving the ottoman in front of the door..Tub wall has a huge patch on it. Heater unit is super noisy (drown out the TV level). Dumpster is on this side and garbage pickup at 7am goes on for 5 minutes and is VERY noisy - no sleeping in, even on weekends. View is of the front of the Hilton Garden Inn across the way. Cleaning protocols seem to be good: seals on the door showing sanitized when I got there; all dishes, etc. in dishwasher (which I assume means they were cleaned). Free use of printer in lobby. Gym and pool were open but I did not use them.
