  No Covid Precautions

  Every response from hotel management below regarding the lack of Covid precautions and the staffs disgusting disregard for guests safety is the same: your safety is important, we will address with our staff, we will fix it... This is the how theyve responded from April 2020 through February 2021, and clearly its not going to improve. They dont care about their guests. They dont even care about the safety of their own employees. There are plenty of other hotels in Florence. Dont stay at this one- you and your family deserve to be sleep well knowing youre all safe and protected. 11 months of complaints and they havent done a thing. Shameful. We all deserve better.

  Rooms were good.

  The best part of the trip was the kindness of the staff, specifically Cynthia in the restaurant. Excellent complementary breakfast with a smile!! Great work!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the bedroom suites.

  Great nights rest!

  Super clean facility, all mask protocols followed, very comfy room, spotless bathroom, very warm desk staff and breakfast server. I have stayed in other adjacent properties with less than satisfactory results (lack of cleanliness and facility upkeep, yucky mattress, minimal breakfast, indifferent staff) and will definitely make this our only place to stay in Florence.

  Breakfast With Cynthia - Fabulous!!!

  We stopped for the night on our way to and from Florida. The rooms were nothing to write home about, and not up to the quality of other Residence Inns we have stayed at. The highlight of both stops was our breakfast with Cynthia. Cynthia has got to be the reason so many guests have a smile on their face for the rest of the day. Cynthia has a true knack for taking care of each guest the best way that she can. To be honest, my overall rating of this property would have been a 2 to a 3, but Cynthia takes the rating to a 5+ - I sure hope the management at the Residence Inn Florence appreciate and reward Cynthia as much as we do. Toward an end, it was a privilege being served breakfast by such a fantastic lady.

  Nice breakfast

  Had a nice hot breakfast and great coffee. I was greeted in the breakfast area by Cynthia, who was very friendly and helpful . She brightened my day! They followed the Covid-19 protocols and I felt safe.
