  Disappointed

  Hotel looks dated, was told there was a towel shortage for both pool and hotel. In between days the housekeeper left a handwritten note Cant give service, there are items in the bed. For the record, there was a pair of jeans on the bed, so no towels were exchanged, no soap or shampoo given, and 2 full trash cans were left. I inquired at the desk, she said you can bring your trash here and Ill give you a new bag. Seriously? Breakfast ok, room ok, however the chair cover was torn beyond recognition. Sorry to sad but I wont be back.

  Great staff found me a perfect room.

  Nice room with a kitchen, living room, and serving a nice breakfast with wonderful fruit. Really this is the first time I have had a really truly easy time getting from car to room, and a brief walk over to breakfast. Helpful with prices, but it still was costly. Of course it always is harder on a weekend. Everything was lovely except the price. I had never stayed in a residential olace before. But it wasnt what i needed this trip. The little cheap place i was expecting has been torn down and replaced by these huge fancy hotels instead!

  Avoid this place until they get new management and refurbish

  I've stayed at many Residence Inns and I would say this is the worst. This was my first trip during Covid so I was a bit apprehensive. None of the front desk personnel were wearing masks. My room was the farthest possible from the front desk and I was told this was the only entrance that would work. To get around this, someone had propped open the exterior door at that end of the building. Not good for security. The room was very worn and there were numerous stains on the carpet. I would not sit on any of the chairs or the couches as they were also worn and stained. However, the bed was clean and comfortable and the A/C worked fine. After returning to the room after the first night, it was left untouched. No fresh towels and the bed unmade. The final straw was when I noticed a dried white substance on the curtains next to the bed. I checked out early and went elsewhere.

  Reside Out

  The staff are very congenial and competent but the facility is way past its code date. Furniture is frayed. Carpet smells. The air conditioning is inadequate. Bedding was fine and clean; towels were fine. You pay extra for the kitchen and suite compared to neighboring hotels, but you will wonder if its worth it.

  Very unclean. Do not visit

  Just stayed in a two room suite: Positives: -friendly front desk staff -hot water in shower -two room setup -fireplace was nice Negatives: (a lot). -hallways reaked of alcohol, puke and musty old carpet. We seriously opened a car air freshener in our room to detox from the smell. -cleaning staff did not wear gloves or mask -couch in room was ripped and dirty -shower curtain not on the hooks -dust buildup on vent fan was thick -carpet smelled and didnt look vacuumed -pool was cold -staff was smoking right outside the entrance so you couldnt not walk through it to get to the desk -our partys third room was no longer available because of maintenance issues. They offered a smaller room. We will not stay here again and advise anyone especially during the pandemic to stay clear.
