  This Is The Cleanest, Nicest Residence Inn We Have Ever Stayed At

  Perfect visit. One night stay so as to not have to drive home after a Christmas party. Just such nice high end accommodations, we were so pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless, very large, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast selection was wonderful. Everyone was so polite and sincerely welcoming. Kudos Marriott, a fine job here!

  Best residence inn

  We spent one night here visiting the air and space museum. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The location is amazing ( next to the Ferrari dealer) being close to restaurants and shopping. Extremely clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, plenty of room. Best part was the kids loved it and didnt want to leave.

  Very Convenient

  This was our first time at this hotel.The first thing we noticed was the beautiful lobby all done in wood.. The staff were friendly and very helpful in helping us to locate a few places we wanted to visit. They offer a nice buffet breakfast each morning. Unlike some places we stayed where we had to drive a short distance for shopping or eating or cross a grassy knoll or walk across a parking lot to reach something, at this hotel, you walk out the front door , cross a short drive way and you are into a shopping center with plenty of restaurants and shops.

  Do NOT STAY here!! Your items will get stolen from housekeeping!!!!

  We just stayed here from Feb 16-23rd. When I arrived home on the 23rd, I realized that I had some items missing. I did not notice at the time because we were in a hurry for check out. I called the hotel and they said they would check with housekeeping. I had to call back every day and I finally got the assistant general manager on the phone and she said they could not find my items and that she filed a claim with Marriott. So in my opinion they were STOLEN! They were the MOST expensive pieces of clothing I brought with me and are on trend. I called Marriott corporate this am and THERE WAS NO CLAIM FILED BY THE HOTEL. I am working through corporate right now to hopefully get some resolution. We are high level Marriott Bonvoy members and also have a massive corporate account. I asked for the owner to call me and they refused to do so. I will escalate this as far as I can go including a police report.

  Nice hotel close to Airport

  We stayed at this Residence Inn for two nights before flying out of Dulles to head home. We had a one bedroom suite with a king bed and it was nice and spacious. Bathroom was also nice and roomy with lots of towels. The room had a great full kitchen but if you plan to run the dishwasher, set it to start right before you go out because it's really loud. They have a guest laundry room which was great because I really needed to wash clothes. We got dinner from Buffalo Wild Wings which was right across the street from the hotel so you can walk right over and pick up takeout very easily. This hotel offers coffee in the lobby as well as providing coffee packets for you to make coffee using the coffeemaker in the room. The free breakfast was great...they offered breakfast sandwiches that you can heat up in your room along with yogurt, cereal and other items to grab and go. During these times with the covid, it's really nice to stay at a hotel that goes the extra mile to provide a good breakfast with lots of items to choose from. This hotel was great and we will definitely stay there again! The one thing I need to note is that if you have an early flight and need a ride to the airport before 6AM you will need to get an Uber because the free shuttle service doesn't start till 6AM!
