  Dingy rooms and horrible customer service!

  Ive stayed at this dump throughout the month of April for business. I checked into my room last night, 4/15/19. The bathroom was dirty. The woman at the front desk offered to send me to another room. I got that room and it was filthier than the first room. Manure and hair was on the toilet, and hair was on the night stands. I called the front desk and the clerk suggested that I clean the room. Sure whatever! The next morning I attempted to use the toilet and it was broken. I requested for the room to be cleaned and for the toilet to be fixed, so that I wouldnt be late for work. I ate breakfast and returned to the room and no one made and effort to clean the room. So, I called and demanded for room to be cleaned. The house keeping manager, house keeping, maintenance, etc...came and saw the condition of the room and started to clean it. They left, I went to take a shower, and hair was on every towel. I called again, and the housekeeping manager met me outside the room with clean towels. However, she had an attitude, looked at me with a nasty look, and said we offered you another room. You should have taken it. I replied this is my second room and your rooms should have been cleaned. She said Ill finish your room when you leave. I was late to work and when I returned four hours later the bathroom had not been cleaned. Hair was still on the towels. I called the front desk and the house keeping manager came to the room with an attitude talking crazy. She got defensive and said I cleaned the room. I said then why is there hair on the towels. We exchanged words because she became confrontational in defense at cleaning a room that had not been cleaned. For that alone she should be fired! She looked at the hair on the towels, and said oh my God took the towels and left. I called the front desk and demanded for the GM Meagan. The GM called me about fifteen minutes later, during the discussion she told me that her staff said I was disrespectful. News flash! If requesting for a clean room is disrespectful then you just have lousy service and you should be Donald Trump fired! A paying customer shouldnt have to request for a clean room because the room should have already been clean. Then the GM came to my room with maintenance, as if she was scared of me. So, because I want a clean room, Im disrespectful and should be feared. Ill be sure to make a complaint with corporate and a childhood lifelong friend, who is an executive for Marriott. Perhaps, then this dump and its employees will get their act together and learn how to treat people.

  We had the best time ever. The staff was Wonderful, Professional, Polite and Courtesy. They really had top notch A-1 service. All around. From the front office to maintenance. Nice pool, basketball court, state of the art exercise room, Good meals breakfast and dinner.

  Excellent breakfast and Evening snacks

  i've stayed Hotel from last one month, the staff was wounderful, professional, Polite and Courtesy.They provide excellent breakfast and Evening snacks, they really had top notch service if you compaired to nearby hotel and room layout is very good feel like Own separate apartment, from my side A-1 service

  Actually pretty good

  Very dated, and when I first drove up it was a what the.... moment. But the room was clean, although a bit dark. The front desk people were accommodating and the breakfast spread was rather good. The kitchen people actually put some effort into the morning meal. Location is really good. Weak first impression but when I left I was satisfied.

  Dirty and unkempt.

  This location was very disappointing. The entire property was very run down and neglected looking. The kitchen was supposed to be stocked. We had a few wine glasses and a few bread and butter sized plates. Nothing to cook with could be found. The pull out sofa didnt have sheets and there werent any in the room. The ceiling fan was white with black dirt all over it. The fan was just filthy. Everything was old and in pretty bad shape. The room below us had no lock on the door and appeared open. We didnt have enough towels and no service to our room. Maybe that was because of Covid but nobody said anything about it. The grounds were dirty and unkempt. It looked like a college apartment complex. There were a lot of people sitting in cars and smoking and watching people and it did not seem safe. This is not a place to stay with a family. There are other residence inns in the county and they must be nicer than this one. I would not recommend staying here. It was nothing like advertised.
