Excellent! We had to take our son to National Jewish Hospital for 10 days in the midst of the COVID epidemic. We were very concerned about traveling and staying in a hotel. I am happy to say that this property did a great job! They were short staffed but we feel they did absolutely everything they could to make our stay safe and comfortable. There was no housekeeping services but we could call the front desk then pick up any housekeeping supplies we needed. We sat our trash outside of the room for collection. Ofcourse they couldn't have the standard breakfast but offered a variety of prewrapped items and fruit to grab and go. When a room was vacated it was left empty for 3 days before the rented it again. The staff was tired and overworked because of shortages but were always kind and helpful. Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful stay the best! We will be back in better times.

very lask in enforcing COVID19 precautionsI stayed at this hotel the first part of June thinking they would enforce the utmost care in managing the safety of their guests during this epidemic. I was very disappointed when I saw their lack of enforcement related to COVID-19 precautions. There was no signage on the front entrance or elevators to wear masks. Also, while there were a few small signs to stay 6 feet apart, there were no 6 foot demarcation floor lines in front lobby for guests to stand on to assure a 6 foot distance. The second day of my stay I watched people check-in and observed many many guests arrive with no masks and were clustered much closer than 6 feet apart. The front desk staff did not remind these unmasked people to wear masks AND I observed many guests at check-in to standing much closer than 6 feet from one another (these were not family or groups traveling together). I also noticed the cleaning people had no masks on in the hall, and when I walked by a room being cleaned the cleaning staff were in the rooms with no masks on. Yes, there were hand sanitizing bottles and wipes at desk but that does nothing to control COVID-19 aerosol transmission, the main source of transmission of this virus. Superficially, this hotel 'looks' clean. But the lack of extra precautions to assure no aerosol transmission of the COVID virus from guest to guest caused me to downgrade they cleanliness and service of this hotel to 'poor'. I was so upset and concerned at all of this I checked out 2 days early and went across the complex to a competing hotel chain where it was posted all over the place that masks are required and there were 6 foot demarcation lines in the lobby.

Mixed feelingsStayed here for five nights in a one bedroom suite. Truly mixed feelings, some things are superb, others really could be better. First, its location in close proximity to some restaurants and Whole Foods, makes it great for a prolonged stay. Also it is adjacent to a superb walkway along a creek. You literally can go on for miles in both directions. Third, the staff is absolutely fantastic, extremely accommodating and paying attention to detail in terms of service. The rooms are spacious enough with appropriate kitchen gear, allowing for some home cooking. The bedroom is large enough, surprisingly no drawer cabinet for clothing. However, ample space to hang up clothes. The bed is somewhat firm, the curtains allow for a dark room, even in the early morning. However the noise level could be better. Despite having the windows closed, one clearly hears each and every garbage truck, and for some reason there are several of them every night. We were also disappointed with the noise from our neighbors above us. This actually was annoying and disturbed or sleep. We did mention this to the front desk but this did not improve our experience. Finally, the bathroom is acceptable. The sink is rather small and there is certainly not enough space for two people to put their amenities. We also noted no hooks in the bathroom to put up our towels after usage. Finally, the bathroom walls needed some attention, see enclosed photos. In brief, mixed feelings, the experience was good, not excellent.

Sparkling Clean and ComfortableWe were a little hesitant about traveling due to the pandemic, but we trust Marriott Hotels to be always immaculate and comfortable. This hotel was no exception. We reserved the extra large king room with a kitchen. It was just an overnight stay on our way to Estes Park for the Fall Elk Rut, so we didn't make use of the kitchen, but like the rest of the room it was sparkling clean. We had a large desk/work space, sofa, TV, a big comfortable king bed, a vanity area with lots of closet space opposite it, and a big beautiful bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, which as senior citizens, we very much appreciate it. We checked in online so got quick access to our room. There are lots of restaurants and fast food places around the hotel. It's a little tricky to find, so map it on your phone. It's behind many businesses in the area. Breakfast was pick up in the lobby and take with you. The sky over the city was patchy with smoke from the fires out west, but the air quality was good. We were very happy with our experience at this Residence Inn.

Great Staff! My husband and I (and our cat) stayed at the Residence Inn Denver Cherry Creek for over two weeks during our move from out of state to Denver. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. They were absolutely fantastic. Professional, kind, helpful, positive, happy..the list goes on. We checked in early due to an Airbnb fail and they more than accommodated us. The GM even came out to welcome us! I was apprehensive about living in a hotel for so long, but Caleb, Tamika, and Jake were absolute rockstars and really made us feel "at home". Would highly recommend this location!
