  Inconformidad de Habitacion

  Hice una reservacion de una SUITE y al llegar al Hotel me dieron dos cuartos , eso! no fue lo que reserve.Yo hice la reservacion para 6 personas y al momento de no estar juntos no pudimos convivir ni hacer juntos las 6 personas.

  Buena opción en la zona de la Jolla - Del Mar

  Nos toco estar en San Diego en la epoca del Comicon, una locura para conseguir cuarto de hotel y los precios fuera de control. Si estan interesados en quedarse en la zona de la Jolla - Del Mar este hotel es una buena opción. Los cuartos son suites con una cocineta y muy amplios. Los colchones extraordinarios y el personal muy amable

  Avoid at ALL Cost

  When traveling to San Diego, you have plenty of terrific lodging opportunities! However, the Residence Inn San Diego Del Mar falls far from this list and should be avoided at all cost. As a frequent traveler to San Diego, Ive stayed in several properties around the city but wanted to try a new area and different hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel fell far below my expectations for a Residence Inn. A few key points: Room Quality - Dismal at best. Management says that they will have a full renovation in October and currently lack supplies to provide an adequate guest experience. (See picture of ripped chair and dalidated couch). Cleanliness - From a covid perspective, these guestrooms are NOT clean. Multiple issues were experienced in the room including dirty furniture, dirty shower, greasy hair dryer, no laundry or garbage bags. When you travel, do you want to bathe in a shower full of mold? (See pic) It is very apparent that this hotel is doing everything they can to cut corners and it is greatly affecting the guest experience. Even if a hotel is going to be renovated, that is no excuse for mold in the shower! Service - Multiple requests for items such as towels take over a day to be fulfilled. Requests to speak with a manager fall on deaf ears. Many times throughout our 5 night stay the front desk was unstaffed and no one could be found to assist with simple requests. Management/Marriott Customer Service - Please prepare to wait over a week for any type of response. Overall, I would say that this hotel fails to meet the minimum standards of a Marriott property. With that in mind, it is understandable that hotels are experiencing financial troubles or staffing issues during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, this hotel misses the mark because they do not take care of the customers who are willing to take a chance on them. During this time, hotels need to excel at the service they offer because there are plenty of options to choose from. If youre traveling to San Diego soon, please reach out to me for other lodging recommendations in the area or for more details on what you can expect from the subpar Residence Inn San Diego Del Mar.

  I visited for a night. Due to Covid they did not have hot breakfast but did offer a bag. The room is adequate and its what I booked. Not sure if they might of given me a better view. The chair with the desk had been worn and was pealing. Otherwise clean and usable. I would recommend checking the Marriott across the street price wise. Unless you need the full kitchen I did enjoy across the street more. But a decent clean hotel. Due remember its paid parking that can add to your long term stay bill.

  Avoid! (Especially if are high level Bonvoy)

  Nice enough place. Rooms and furnishing are very nice. Service is low and the breakfast is a joke. It never varies from small yogurt, candy bar and a tangerine. Never. Coffee I served 7-9. Never At 655am. They seemed giddy when I complained. A horrible place for a long term stay. No engagement. No how are you? Homewood Suites next time!
