  Excelente Hotel

  El trato del personal es excelente La comida , salvo raras excepciones es muy buena y abundante La ubicacion es buena teniendo en cuenta que es altamente recomendable tener disponible un auto en esa zona. Las habitaciones son muy confortables aunque puede ser que algunas sean un poco ruidosas debido a los equipos de aire acondicionado, por otro lado la higiene del lugar es destacable y esta prohibido fumar en todo el hotel lo cual me parece excelente idea.

  Te atiende personas y no "robots"

  Estuve en este hotel por 7 días los cuales me hicieron sentir en casa. Es un hotel pequeño pero con todas las facilidades. Alberca, comedor , gimnasio etc. Tiene un servicio de shuttle, a diferentes partes de danbury. Los cuartos son como mini departamentos en los que no te hace falta nada. Refrigerador, microondas, lavabo, vasos,platos cubiertos, 2 tvs sala y cuarto de descanso. La gente que atiende el hotel es muy amable y con calmosas humana. Recomiendo este hotel para quien va a quedarse algunos días en danbury y no quiera extrañar casa.

  The only place Ill stay!!!

  I have stayed in many hotels and cannot think of one where Ive received as much personal attention! Even though the world is a little crazy on the outside right now, youd never know it staying here. This amazing staff is working overtime to make every stay great and every guest feel attended to. Everyone is so friendly and its such a great family atmosphere from the General Manager to the housekeepers and front desk agents and everyone in between. Ive stayed here many times and its been a great experience every single time! In a world with so many choices of where to stay nowadays - the choice for me is easy as I cant imagine going anywhere else!

  Friendly & Professional

  I recently have had several stays at this very comfortable property in Connecticut. The rooms have been spotless and sanitized . A credit to the housekeepers and their Supervisors. I must say a good word about Brian at the front desk . Hes a terrific ambassador for the property and the Marriott brand . Energetic , smiling , helpful , neighborhood knowledgeable and extraordinarily pleasant to deal with . Hes got a bright future in hospitality . As a frequent business traveler I also want to compliment Mary Kay Manchin the propertys GM. Personally involve involved in every facet of the operation , she is truly a pleasure to work with . Sensitive to travelers crazy and ever changing schedules she is a gem to deal with . Accommodating and always cordial to her guests ...she too is an amazing brand ambassador for her hotel and Marriott . This is going to be my home base hotel whenever Im in the area for business or pleasure ! Bob Ungar

  Brought the family for a one night stay on New year's eve. Booked the one bedroom, which had a view of the highway but was still quiet. People above us were a little loud, sounded as if maybe a wheelchair or something was dragging across the floor until 2am, but being that it was New Years eve the place was very quiet overall. That was great because all we wanted was a quiet night of sleep. Was very happy that the gym was open in this property. Only two people allowed at a time in the gym which is good, especially since it's rather small. My husband went early for a quick workout before anyone else decided to show up. The pool was also open, saw 3 guests in there, but had no interest in using the pool myself. A light breakfast was also provided. Choice of one of three varieties of Jimmy Dean microwave breakfast sandwiches, choice of apple or orange juice, a banana and a bottle of water. May have had other choices of items but didn't bother to ask.If I'm correct the woman who checked us in had listed more things but we grabbed what was offered and kept it simple. I miss the days of using the gym and the pool as well as waking up to a breakfast, so I appreciate that this property is making an effort that many properties at this time are not and that is to bring a sense of familiarity and normalcy to our stay. I was able to use the business center to print out something which was helpful. The staff was very nice. I only encountered a few people at the front desk and never saw housekeeping because of our short stay but the people that I did encounter were awesome. The room was clean. The ice maker in our room didn't work very well.Was on overnight before I got a decent amount of cubes. It was producing something like 4-6 cubes an hour. Thankfully it wasn't something I really needed. There was coffee but I guess popcorn isn't a thing at the Residence Inns anymore as the last few stays it has been missing. There were mugs but no regular glasses. A few other items needed for cooking didn't seem to be present at first glance but didn't take a good inventory as it was just an overnight stay and I wasn't cooking. There is no oven in the smaller rooms just the glass cook top. Dishwasher was available but did not use it. Mcdonald's, Dunkin' Donuts, and a few other places a short drive away. All in all a clean and quiet stay. Hope to return again soon.
