    Muy buena opción

    Nos alojamos mi familia y yo (4 personas en total) la primera semana de enero. Nos alojamos en una habitación los 4. Más que habitación, apartamento pequeño muy confortable y bien distribuído. El hotel es cómodo, pero en enero cogen vacaciones quedando la itad del personal. No nos afectó porque estábamos todo el día fuera. Lo peor con diferencia, el desayuno. Tal era que algunos días desayunábamos en alguno de los restaurantes de los alrededores. En resumen, recomendable pero sin desayuno.

    Super nice front desk

    What a great stay at this hotel. Victor and the entire front desk staff was great. Location is great and near business that are open. The front desk staff is one of the nicest that i have experienced this year. Victor the front desk manager and his staff is great. I wish that i had all of the names of the front desk staff, but i will make sure that the general manager is aware of how great his staff is.

    Do NOT stay here

    I dont recommend this hotel to anyone! (But I will list pros and cons so you can decide for yourself). Pros Rooms are spacious Location is great. Cons Hotel is old. The rooms STINK of mildew and cigarette smoke!! Everything is falling apart. We booked a two bedroom suite but were moved to 2 one bedroom suites because the A/C stopped working. In suite #1, the toilet didnt work. We called for maintenance and was told to come get a plunger and fix it ourselves. Within 20 minutes the toilet overflowed and flooded the floor. In room #2 the the toilet barely flushes. (Both rooms smelled awful) I think prostitutes frequent the building. Two ladies were just hanging around all day and they clearly were not employees. Police were there. (Not security guards..THE POLICE)! Im not sure if the crime rate in the area is bad or if because Frequent guest are unruly. But it made us feel very uncomfortable. There was no breakfast (but I understand that due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Roaches in the rooms and stairwells. Cleanliness is subpar. Carpet& Floors were dirty. I looked as if they only spot sweep.

    Nothing really changed

    We again stayed at this location over the Thanksgiving holiday. Nearly everything was exactly how I remembered it from last year, with a few exceptions and this time in the midst of the Covid pandemic. I think we ended up in the same room as last year, even. On the downside, there were terrible red stains (probably fingernail polish in bright red) all over the carpeted floor in front of the sink of one of the bedrooms. The stains were bad. In addition, our sink had a huge crack in it and there was a crack at the back of the toilet seat. I don't remember seeing those in that room last time. I again had to wipe down one of the cupboards. The fireplace still didn't work. There were two water stains on the ceiling that were new, and one in one of the bedrooms that appeared to have been covered by additional paint and popcorn texture. The bed comfort level is decent. Same utensils, pans, etc., but I came more prepared this time with tin foil, a whisk, and some cooking/serving utensils of our own. The upside, the staff was STILL AMAZING. They were immediately responsive to any requests. The biggest Covid difference - breakfast is grab and go - nothing warm - which we expected. There was plenty to choose from - pastries, fresh fruit, granola bars, and cereal. The pool was closed due to Covid (which didn't matter to us). The hot tub is now non-existent. The gym was open. Overall, I commend them for the quality of their staff (and the fact they were all wearing masks), however, it appears they have no desire to update or even slightly improve the rooms and the condition of the room had degraded quite a bit over a year. At the very least, I think the condition of the room shouldn't be worse. Unfortunately, taking those things into consideration, we will likely not return to this location unless they improve the room's condition. Thank you, again, to the lovely staff though!

    Shame on Marriott

    Property: -Trash littered the grounds and parking lot -The dumpster corral was over flowing the entire time with the gates wide open for everyone to see Living Space: -White stains all over the couch, which was very broken down -Heating vents and cold air returns caked with dust - Table tops and desk area was covered in dirt -Black stains on the wall by the door where previously there must have something hanging on the wall -Dining table legs were bent and falling off Kitchen area: -Counter was not wiped down from the previous guest -Missing all the lids to cookware - Missing utensils -Cooktop was dirty -No dish soap -No dish towel - Fridge had not been wiped out and had food remnants in each drawer and the shelves Bedroom: -Window drapery was not hanging correctly and the blackout shades were ripped -Bed linings were stained yellow and pillows were worthless Bathroom area: -Band-Aid tabs on the floor by the sink -Blow dryer was missing -Mirrored doors were dirty and had to be forced open and closed -Fan switch was removed although the fan was barely hanging on to the ceiling and was covered with a thick layer of dust -Chalking around the toilet was yellowed and cracking -Black hair in the tub -Wall paper is peeling from the wall above the shower -Shower curtain was stained and hooks were rusty -Toilet paper holder is seriously encroaches the toilet seat making it necessary to remove the paper from the holder in order to seat balanced on the seat While we were there I had to dispose of several worms crawling on the floor. The window screens were torn and one window missing any latch to secure it closed. There were many dents in appliances, food on walls and even chips in the tile floor. It is also worth noting the elevator certification was ripped off the elevator wall and 2 small dogs were running through the hotel unleashed and unsupervised. Since the state of our room and lack of staff availability we ended our stay 2 weeks early!
